"Don’t be misled by the name—Silver Sands Resort is not a resort at all. It’s just a strict, overpriced hotel that operates with military-like rules, making your stay more stressful than enjoyable. Security Deposit Rip-Off: On top of the high room charges, you’re forced to pay a ₹2000 security deposit per room at check-in, which no decent hotel asks for. And beware—they might deduct money even if you accidentally spoil the floor or stain the bedsheets. Undertaking of Rules: At check-in, you’re made to sign a long undertaking filled with unnecessary and ridiculous rules. The management even reserves the right to throw you out if you fail to follow them. Instead of hospitality, you’re treated like a recruit entering boot camp. Terrible Rooms: The rooms are tiny, with an old, noisy window AC that keeps fluctuating in temperature. The so-called queen-size bed is so small it can’t even fit two adults properly. No TV, no coffee maker, no lift—basic amenities are missing. Pathetic Toilets: The toilet and bathroom are squeezed into such a tiny space that you can’t comfortably bathe or even sit properly. It feels like an afterthought rather than a usable facility. No Parking Facility: There is no parking inside or outside the premises. Guests are told to park their vehicles on the roadside completely at their own risk, without any security. Swimming Pool Restrictions: The pool is surrounded by steel boundaries like a cage, and is only open between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM. After that, it’s locked. To make it worse, entry is allowed only in nylon swimsuits—no other material permitted. Instead of leisure, it feels like a set of strict drills. Exorbitant Food Prices: The food is overpriced like a five-star hotel, but the place doesn’t even offer the standards of a basic budget stay."

"Not a good hotel at all. Please don't get duped with the pictures that they upload on website. These are 3D pictures rooms are not good. Swimming pool is never cleaned. Water is dirty they don't put chlorine. Hot water does not come from tap or shower in the bathroom. When asked they said hot water is available between 7 to 11 morning and evening but we did not get it. The guy with specs at reception is not bothered at all we complaint him 3 to 4 times but he did not act on it. He is more worried about full payment at the time of check-in as they take 50% advance. I specifically told them at the time of booking that I would need extra bed for my child and they said they will provide. To my surprise they put mattress on floor and when I complaint they got some dirty sofa cum bed which was .25 ft level from ground and then on that they covered it with bed sheet on it. A standard hotel would have foldable / movable sofa cum bed with mattress which is atleast 2 to 3 ft level from ground. Breakfast menu is limited only 3 to 4 items. I asked them if I don't want complimentary breakfast so that room tariff can be reduced, they said its compulsory and included in package. I would not recommend this hotel for couples or family. Attached pictures of the room really bad."
