I thought it was closer to airport. I took a taxi. Yes possible to work but ...
But waling distance to Nec. That yes. It is true.
Food was good. I did not expect but really a ok restaurant.

Next time I probably.could walk from airport now that I know where it is

I booked into this hotel as I was visiting family nearby. It was a shock when I turned up to find out that I needed to pay £13 to park overnight. None of the booking emails tell you about this charge. I didn't like the self-check in. Couldn't work out how to use it and needed to ask another guest how to do it. I would rather have staff you can talk to and ask questions. My room had a view of the skips and rubbish from a building site. I think the cleaner had left the plug in the sink as it was full of soapy water. It was however quiet and I slept well. Good shower. Comfy bed. Would not stay again. Factoring in parking other hotels are cheaper.

Staff are great, the room itself was disappointing, the cleanliness was very bad, but some staff did their best to rectify it, it was still not as clean as it should be, the first bed was great, roomy and comfortable, our second room the bed was way too low down and not comfortable at all. Anyone with allergies is left with a very limited menu, but still charged full price, dinner was the worst, at least at breakfast the chef cooked all my food separately. The staff were amazing though, especially Denise, Delano, Courtney and Ross, unfortunately I cant remember everyone's name. The hotel also boasts that it is the Premier inn Birmingham NEC and Aiport hotel, but we had to get a taxi twice a day because it's miles away with no buses going anywhere near it.

Very clean throughout, staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome, room was great and had both a nice deep bath and a rainfall shower, very comfy bed and the food was great too. Overall a very pleasant 2 night stay, would thoroughly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Can always rely on a Premier Inn, comfortable stay, easy check in and lovely food. Really want to highlight this one server, Megan W! She was so lovely from the moment we sat down for dinner to leaving the table. She radiates a great energy and a kindness that just had to be mentioned on here. I hope she sees this and gets the praise she deserves. We felt comfortable, she accommodated to us with everything we needed. She was very welcoming and friendly! Food came out in great time, alongside our drinks so a huge props to the bar and kitchen staff too! Would definitely come again! 💕💕

Had a great stay here for a business trip. Definitely the best Premier Inn I've been to. It was modern and welcoming and well structured. Food was good and everything went seamlessly. Would stay here again if I was in the area. The staff were very kind, too.
