Hôtel parfaitement placer juste à côté de autoroute Centre commercial à proximité et bowling

Hôtel acceptable , chambre propre mais un peu petite. Un peu bruit de dehors en début de nuit mais après on dort comme un bébé car le lit est confortable. Accueil sans personnel donc borne automatique. Notre numéro de réservation n'a pas marché donc une vraie galère .

Stayed in this hotel in September 2023. Room 18 to be precise. If this hotel was run by a large multinational chain it would be good but simply it’s horrible. Our room smelled sickeningly of Cigarette smoke and had hairs on the shower curtain. On arrival on Saturday at 3pm the room wasn’t ready and we had to ask the maid for it to be cleaned so we could check in and go out. There’s a couple of vending machines that sell crisps etc that take your money and do nothing else. Now, the main gripe about this place is there’s no staff anywhere. Reception is permanently closed. You have to check in by the terminal at the entrance, but beware…IT DOES NOT ACCEPT CONTACTLESS. If you have no physical credit card you’re in trouble. Whilst we were checking in another group we’re trying to check in too. It was simply chaotic. The actual hotel is relatively modern but just not managed well. We couldn’t wait to leave this place. If you are English and visit here and don’t speak French you may be in trouble because the maid speaks no English. The owners of this hotel have got it wrong by employing nobody. We will never be returning. One thing to note… Google maps shows loads of places in the vicinity that sell food etc but Bizzarely it is impossible to get a food delivery.

We booked this hotel because the location was good for us but mostly because it advertised wifi and a/c. On arrival check-in is done on a machine, and everything was easy with the code we had received by email. The problem with the machine is that it cannot solve problems. And problems we had. The room had no wifi. On the corridor the signal was excellent and I could upload my photos there. But inside the room the network was not even visible. Coming from the corridor and closing the door meant to lose the connection immediately. Same problem in all five devices we had. The second issue was the a/c. Yes, there was an a/c device on the room. But it had no cooling effect whatsoever, even when it was supposedly at max cooling. The bottom level of the room was bad, and the top level was unbearable. We booked this hotel precisely because we knew it was going to be a very hot night, so this was a major annoyance. The only positive was breakfast, which was very good if a little expensive.

Hotel was very basic, with not much more than simple beds with tiny bathroom and shower. Check-in was unpleasant, with only a self check-in option, and no reservation number included in ********** email, I had to telephone ********** to get the number.

Spider and net in the wall, very dirty under of the bed (never cleaned for ages), no toilet paper&towel.

Basic hotel. Long way from M****ille. Room fine.
