Hotels mit Frühstück in Marsannay-la-Côte

Apres un comparatif tarifaire nous avions réservé en ligne une chambre familiale . Lors du règlement de notre séjour nous constatons que les petits d déjeuners adultes comme enfants avaient augmentés d'un Euro, nous ne pouvons pas parler ici d'une augmentation du cout de la vie mais d'une augmentation arbitraire puisque le pourcentage est différent de l'enfant par rapport à celui de l'adulte. Ce n'est pas admissible !! De plus nous pris un repas le soir : nous cherchons encore le saumon dans la salade du même nom ! C Cazin

The motel was poor but I felt a bit let down. (1) The room stank of stale cigarette smoke. Couldn't change rooms for me as the computer system was down. (2) Had to ask for extra towels. (I booked for 2 persons so should have known i would need more than one hand towel!) (3) Had to ask for tea and coffee. (4) They couldn't provide a second card key. (5) Dead insects on the bed on arrival. (6) Room and bathroom were only superficially clean. Luckily I was only there for 10 hours - just a stop off on a long journey. Asked for a reduction as compensation - nothing offered or proposed - said it couldn't be done. I just couldn't wait to leave the next morning. This would have been average, but the staff were somewhat indifferent. Sort of helpful, but seemed to be an effort for them. I would not recommend this place. Pay an extra €30 and find somewhere better.

While in self-check-in hotels the risk of having some kind of automation failure is always lurking around the corner the experience at this b&b hotel by far was the worst ever. While the day started under a bad star with the EV not wanting to charge and it has been raining each second of the 600km trip the only thing you want arriving at 9:30pm is a good bed, but no way José, this was not what happened. The facts in a row: - the check-in computer asked for my last name, which was not found it said, not with or without spaces, last part first, full first and last name, reversed neither - pushing the help button on the 24/7 assistance phone box only brought automated messages - after 30min of trying, getting very tired and forcing myself not to give up suddenly a human voice replied - while the man on the phone was extremely unfriendly, rude, inpatient with my 80% native speaker level of french, and certainly not service oriented I stayed calm all time not wanting to lose the opportunity of getting a solution - then with the new number he gave me the system retrieved the booking, and asked me to pay full price while it was all confirmed prepaid 2 weeks earlier - not wanting to lose the opportunity I chose to pay again and have it all done but then - it didn't accept any Belgian debit card (mentioned nowhere) and when I then tried my Visa the system then crashed and went into a loop - at that time the procedure had already taken 45min with 5 other travellers standing in line. The time was 10:15pm - sleep in the car but suddenly

Cheap and functional stop over on way from Calais to Alps. Arrived at 00.15 and had to use auto check-in terminal. This did not recognise surname or ref number and we battled for quite a while. It turned out we had to use first name in the surname field which is how it is sometimes mistakenly set up! The auto check in is great when it works but really should be a way of calling someone in central location from the terminal if there is a problem. We were close to giving up and sleeping in car! Once in the rooms all sorted and a good night sleep.

Das Novotel ist nahe der Autobahnausfahrt in einem Gewerbegebiet. Personal an der Reception nicht sehr hilfreich. Wir fragten nach den Busverbindung nach Dijon Centre. Sie wusste einzig, dass der Bus gleich beim Hotel hält, wie man aber Fahren bzw. Umsteigen muss und bis wann der Bus am Abend fährt, hatte sie keine Ahnung, ihre Antwort «ich fahre halt nicht Bus». Erst eine dazu gerufene Kollegin wusste etwas besser Bescheid, aber auch ihre Auskünfte waren nicht optimal, es hätte eine bessere Verbindung als die von ihr angegebene gehabt. Zimmer für Exekutiv relativ klein, Bett nur «Queensize». Badzimmer ohne irgendwelche Aufhänge Möglichkeiten für Badtücher. Keine Ablagefläche im Bad für persönliche Sachen. Frühstücksbuffet lieblos präsentiert. So sind mehre Käsesorten auf einem Teller aufgehäuft, ohne Angaben über die Sorten. Besteck und Geschirr muss man sich selbst vom Buffet holen und der Platz am Tisch ist ohne Tischset. Fruchtpresse funktioniert nicht. Es fehlen Teekrüge, damit man sich den Tee aufgiessen kann. Ist nicht auf 4 Sterne Niveau.

Broke up a long drive down south. Friendly welcome from the man at reception. Rooms are average, decor a little tired but comfy bed and air con =good nights sleep. TV screen and the kids enjoyed the little mezzanine floor in the family rooms. Parking outside and lots of fast food restaurants and supermarkets for food.

Hôtel facile d’accès à l’entrée de l’autoroute. Grand choix de restaurant à proximité. Parking gratuit devant l’hôtel. Concernant le guichet de l’accueil, celui ci ressemblait à une porte de prison. Le jeune homme qui s’est occupé de notre réservation était souriant. Arrivée dans notre petite chambre, une odeur désagréable nous attendais ainsi qu’une forte chaleur sans climatisation sans compter sur le passage du train même à 1h30 du matin. Très mauvaise insonorisation. La douche est déconseillée pour les personnes fortes tellement elle est toute petite. Les clients présent dans l’hôtel n’ont aucun respect pour le sommeil des autres tellement ça crient dans les couloirs et claquent les portes sans gêne. Le lendemain matin, nous arrivons dans la salle du petit déjeuner ou rien n’était préparé. On a dû demander à l’hôtesse si c’était possible d’un avoir un. Elle nous a répondu qu’elle devait cuire les croissants, qu’on a eu et les couques aux chocolats qu’on n’a pas reçu ainsi que les baguettes. La machine à café/ chocolat chaud était vide de son eau. Les autres tables n’étaient pas débarrassé. Plus jamais on ira se reposer dans cet endroit même pour une nuit.
