Park Hyatt Marrakech

We stayed 3 nights at Park Hyatt Marrakech in January 2025. It was the low season so the hotel was pretty quiet. Overall, the hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. There were multiple outdoor pools with comfortable lounge chairs and can see how nice they can be when the weather is slightly warmer. We didn’t have time to try the restaurant other than for breakfast but the food (esp the bbq lunch) looked good. As Globalists, we applied the Standard Suite Upgrade Award to book a Park Suite King Resort View. When we checked in, we got a slight upgrade to Park Suite King Mountain View. There wasn’t too much of a scenic view in Room 405, but we were just happy that our room was ready for an early check in at 11am after a long flight. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was so comfortable! We never slept so well. The slippers they gave us were adorable. The toilet was a Toto-equivalent. Note that even though they call it a suite, it was just one large room instead of two separate rooms. That wasn’t a big deal for us since there was plenty of space to spread out, but just something to keep in mind when booking. One minor note about the bathroom: the “Aquamoon” shower had multiple showerheads for different experiences but you can only turn on one showerhead at a time without flooding. We thought our shower drain wasn’t draining properly at first but learned that it can only handle one faucet at a time. It was too bad since the multiple rainfall experiences would’ve been nice! Not sure if it was just an issue in our room or all rooms that had this shower. Some highlights of our stay: - Spa: Spa facilities were spectacular. Heated indoor pool, hot tub, wet sauna, dry sauna, cold plunge (in locker rooms), and relaxation rooms were all present. I also highly recommend booking the hamman on your first few days to feel truly relaxed. We really appreciated how they went out of their way to get us two female therapists (our gender preference) for our hamman treatment when they didn’t have to. - Housekeeping: Rooms were cleaned well and the nighttime turndown service was pleasant. Every time the room was refreshed, they also restocked the water, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks. That was nice because sometimes at other hotels, there are different people cleaning the rooms vs restocking the food/drinks so you would have to wait for the latter. - Breakfast: While the selection was not as extensive as some other Hyatts we have been to, the food quality was quite good. You can order off the menu and take advantage of the buffet. Service was top-notch. I looked forward to breakfast everyday. The location is the biggest downside of the hotel. It is 20-30 minutes away from the city center with not much around other than a golf course. You should expect to pay 150-200 MAD each way (cash only) for a prearranged car service. Yes, you can negotiate for cheaper with taxis but often times, taxi drivers

Wonderful stay! A luxurious and peaceful oasis just outside of Marrakech! I arrived after a busy work/travel week and was looking for a place to relax and rejuvenate and the Park Hyatt went above and beyond my expectations. The rooms were exceptional including the service that made sure my room was tidy practically anytime I left the room. All the facilities were beautiful…the multiple pools, spa facilities, and lovely gardens all around the property. All the food was amazing from breakfast, to the Moroccan dinner restaurant (which included peaceful live music). Don’t miss the weekend brunch with fresh grilled seafood and meat! The best part of Park Hyatt was the service..the moment you step into the resort all your needs and more are taken care of. The entire staff goes out of there way to ensure you are happy and feel at home & treated like royalty. A special shout out goes to Yassine & Lhoucine! These gentleman both had a blend of exceptional service and humor and I appreciate the gracious hospitality they offered. Also, I have a food allergy and they were 2 steps ahead of me every turn to ensure I was well taken care of. The only negative aspect here is that you will not want to leave the resort and might miss out exploring some of the more tourist sites. Looking forward to visiting again.

While the resort is new and beautiful, it is the staff that truly shine. From check in to departure we were treat like royalty. It was especially noticeable that the staff all respected one another and this created a very enjoyable atmosphere. Kudos to Hyatts trainers I think! Our breakfast host Lhoucine couldn't have done more for us, quickly learning our likes and ensuring a great start to every day. Poolside, Ousama and Monir were very professional and dedicated to keeping us comfortable. My wife spoke very highly of the treatment she received from Ahlam at the spa, while I enjoyed playing golf at the adjacent Al Maaden course. Dinners were excellent, again with great service from Badradienne and all the other staff. Finally, I had queried at check in where I would need to go to watch a particular football match, so I was delighted to be approached by the duty manager on the day of the game to be told that they had arranged for the channel to be available in my room! Transport back to the airport via the hotel was highly professional and well worth the cost for safety and comfort. All in all we can't speak highly enough of the Park Hyatt Marrakesh.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Park Hyatt Marrakesh. Its a beautiful hotel, true to the brand, but the service was the best of any Park Hyatt I’ve stayed at. From the front desk, to the restaurant and bar, to the porters… literally everyone we came in contact with was helpful and kind. Would love to return.

Amazing place quite comfortable and luxury. Hotel room swimming pool and spa are all fantastic. In case you want stay in for dinner and lunch there are two restaurants really at high level. If you are planning to be in Marrakech this is a valid alternative to the riad in downtown. Close to the hotel you can play tennis and golf.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room is crafted with the finest materials and the atmosphere is superb. The most memorable experience was the staff. They were so friendly and kind, catered to all our needs without being overbearing. It made the experience a 10/10.
