Riad Haraka

A beautiful authentic/modern Riad located in alleyway close to the busy tourist locations and the airport. It is situated in the local community so it was nice to experience our stay with the locals. Mustafa, a member of staff on site during our stay was very kind and helpful and assisted us with anything we needed during our stay. On our first day he took us to the closest market place so that we were able to get food despite him fasting as it is Ramadan. He was very attentive and always asking if we needed anything throughout the day. The room we stayed in was very clean/decent size and had its own bathroom with a hairdryer and standing shower. The room had ample storage/hangers for clothes etc, a full sized mirror as well as water and glasses, A/C and heater was also provided with the room. Room was cleaned by the housekeeper regularly who was very polite. The roof terrace is spacious and pretty with lounging chairs and other seats to sit and enjoy the sunshine. The Riad also has a friendly resident called Simba, he was very friendly and likes to be petted. The breakfast was always served when we requested it and was simple but delicious and fulfilling. Was a great experience overall. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Riad, very helpful service. Mustafa who works at the Riad was absolutely splendid and helped us with every little thing even though he was fasting during Ramadan. The Riad can be tricky to locate as its in the alleys but once you get used to it its not too bad. Would recommend to stay. Very pleasant time.

Traumatised by our stay here, only stayed one day as staff who had room keys smoking ***** on roof terrace and threatening to sleep with my beautiful 18 year old grandaughter. Holiday company said move to somewhere safe and now riad is playing really dirty and refusing refund. Avoid at all costs.

Comfortable Riad, excellent location with a great roof terrace to take advantage of the Moroccan sunshine. But what really elevates your stay at this welcoming Riad is the staff. Both Ibrahim and Mustafa go out of ther way to help you get the best out of your visit to Marrakech...talking you through navigating the Medina, showing you the local restaurants,helping to arange bespoke trips that work better for you than the many online choices. For my husband's birthday whilst out there, they helped tailor a day trip to Casablanca for lunch, followed by catered meal in the Riad for the evening. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They made us feel like very welcome house guests. Thank you!

I had a wonderful time with my sister on this trip. Mustapha was so helpful in getting us around, recommending a great tour guide, places to eat, shop and ensuring we had a good experience. The Riad food was great and we experienced the hamman bath nearby as recommended by the Riad staff. The riad staff and her daughter-Hiba made our trip so pleasurable helping us with pickups and even the hamman itself. As we were English speakers it was good that some of the staff could speak English. It wasn’t busy when we went so we had a lot of attention.

We spent 3 nights here in room Baraka which was basic but clean and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was simple but there was plenty and the evening meals ( tajine and couscous ) were delicious. For us, we felt that we had experienced a real flavour of Marrakech and Mustapha was so helpful and welcoming which made our stay even more special. He went out of his way to be sure we enjoyed our time in this wonderful City.

Our host/hotel manager Mustapha was incredible, he helped us around the city, was very kind and Accommodating. The room was very clean, cool even in the heat, it came equipped with a decent air con too.

on our one-week holiday, we stayed at the Riad Haraka and found it all very clean and comfortable. The Breakfasts were all very good and fresh food. The manager was very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and he had a very pleasing personality. The lady who was his assistant could not have been more friendly and kind. The Riad was very handy for the center of town and most places could be reached on foot.

The host was very accommodating with the Riad clean and well presented. The staff were able to meet our needs and a highlight of our stay was the Sahara bbq on the terrace. The Riad is within walking distance of the local markets
