Would not recommend. Have to suffer to first night as it’s too late to change hotel.
The outside looks ok and well keep. But inside the room is disaster.
1. Noise : my room is on the ground floor, right beside the reception. Constant hearing people coming in and out. Chatting and kids playing right outside
2. Shower: no hot water until we complain and the temperature is uncontrollable. Pressure is weak and I did not shower until change of hotel
3. Cleanliness: please refer picture. It is self explanatory.
4. Breakfast: nothing special but precooked bread and all cold. Better off eating out
It’s rare I give bad feedback and you can understand how bad the condition is. When we arrived, they made us wait for 20 mins just to serve us a cup of tea. Not much catering to English communication. If check in is not ready, they can just tell us leave our bag rather than keeping us there without communication. After complaining about the issue, they were insist of no flexibility of cancelling or changing the checkout date. It’s the platform that helped with the issue.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem herrlichen Riad war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Vom Moment unserer Ankunft an waren wir von der Authentizität des Ortes, der Schönheit der architektonischen Details und der dort herrschenden Ruhe bezaubert. Durch die herzliche Begrüßung durch das Team fühlten wir uns sofort wohl und wie zu Hause. Die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer vereinen perfekt marokkanische Tradition und modernen Komfort. Der Innenhof und die Terrasse sind wahre kleine Paradiese, in denen es sich nach einem Tag voller Besichtigungen in der Medina gut entspannen lässt.

Actually in the first moments we thought that we are in the wrong place, because of the midina streets and the vibes, but with the explanation and the help , the worm welcome that we had from abdeljalil and his staff, even passed well and it was amazing stay and thank you guys again for all what you did to make our stay in Marrakech fantastic, and also that trip to the mountains that was one of the best recommendations that we really enjoyed

OMG, I had such a great time at Riad Lalla Zineb & Spa! From the start, the staff were so sweet and helpful — like, they really made me feel at home (shoutout to the lady at the front desk, I forgot her name tho lol). My room was adorable, super clean and smelled sooo nice. Bed = comfy AF. I’m not picky with food, but their breakfast was actually amazing — fresh bread, eggs, and that mint tea? chef’s kiss. Dinner was also really tasty — I tried couscous with veggies, super flavorful. Drinks were always cold and refreshing, which I appreciated ‘cause Marrakech heat is no joke. One thing tho, the AC was a bit slow to cool down the room, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The riad itself is calm and peaceful, which was perfect after walking around the souks all day. I loved the rooftop view — I took sooo many pics lol. I didn’t get to try the spa treatments, but I’ll def do that next time. Location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. Honestly, if you’re coming to Marrakech, just book this place. No regrets!
