Al Fassia Aguedal

Uncharacteristically it poured with rain on our first day in Marrakech, if we had not been staying at such a lovely hotel we would have booked the next flight home! Staff welcomed us at the door with an umbrella and made us lovely fresh hot coffee to warm us up. Our room, overlooking the pool, was exceptionally nice with plenty of space, lovely decor and a very comfortable bed. Our welcome pack of pastries and fresh fruit and flowers was much appreciated and a small fridge (to keep my insulin in) was a bonus. The bathroom was great, massive shower with soft towels and plenty of toiletries and a hair dryer, two bathrobes with slippers if needed. We think one of the best things about our visit was the breakfasts, served by delightful and attentive staff and the yoghurt was the best ever. The food in the restaurant was amazing but for us the portion sizes were just too big and we never managed to finish a dish. All the staff in the restaurant and the hotel were lovely, welcoming and helpful and smiling all the time. The hotel decor was sumptuous, relaxing and beautiful. The pool was (I'm told) lovely and warm and lunch by it was just amazing. All in all staying here made our visit to Marrakech most enjoyable and we would certainly recommend it to anyone and if ever we visited Morocco again, we'd be straight there! Sat by the pool waiting for lift to airport reviewing our 4 night stay at Al Fassia. Quiet,calm, clean with food and service of the highest level. It is a few minutes outside the frantic activity within the city walls and a very welcome retreat for the unaccustomed. Nothing is too much trouble here and carried out with a willingness to please at every opportunity.

We stayed at the riad for 4 nights. Although we didn't eat at the restaurant we had breakfast in the riad and poolside lunches which were fantastic. The staff are extremely helpful. The place is spotless and the beds very comfortable. We would recommend this riad without hesitation.

I have just returned from an unforgettable few days at this amazing hotel in Marrakech, Everything was first class . Massive, extremely comfortable well-appointed rooms , with everything spotlessly clean and well maintained, Stunning outside areas including a heated swimming pool with plenty of places to sit and eat as well take advantage of the sun loungers and enjoy the Sun. The food was very good and plentiful . And to save the best till the last ! The staff are amazing . If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Marrakesh look no further !! It was our first time in Morocco and spending four nights in this oasis was an unforgettable experience. The hotel facilities provided such a welcome retreat after our days exploring the city and visiting the Riad. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was your staff. Their warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality left a lasting impression. The food at your restaurant was phenomenal as well—we enjoyed it so much that we dined there every night!

We absolutely loved our stay at Al Fassia. Our room was huge and very clean. Breakfast was simple but fresh, and the service was second to none. We ate at the restaurant on several occasions, where we had some of the best Moroccan food. The massages were so good that we went back the next day. Highly recommend staying at Al Fassia - Thank you!
