Ein zauberhaftes Riad mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal. Ein wunderbares Frühstück und eine Oase inmitten des Trubels. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir sind absolut begeistert vom Riad Elegancia und dem gesamten Team! Die Mitarbeiter sind der Wahnsinn, man fühlt sich sehr wohl und willkommen, jeder Wunsch wird einem von den Augen abgelesen. Die Ausstattung inkl Pool und Hammam wunderschön. Das Fitnessstudio ein guter Pluspunkt. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen, man fühlt sich als wär man mittendrin im Herzen Marrakeschs. Sehr sehr saubere Zimmer, werden jeden Tag gereinigt und kleine Aufmerksamkeiten hinterlassen wie kleines Gebäck. Das Frühstück wird serviert auf dem Rooftop und war jeden Morgen eines unserer Highlights! Eine absolute Wohlfühl-Oase! Wir kommen definitiv wieder und werden es auch jedem weiterempfehlen 😍🙏🏼

Das Riad Boutique & SPA Elegancia ist ein erhabenes Riad direkt neben der Medina, 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß und in der Nähe des Souks, es ist ideal gelegen. Bei der Ankunft ein perfekter Empfang, eine prächtige Dekoration und während des gesamten Aufenthalts ein exzellenter Service! Die Freundlichkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals! Das unbezahlbare Gut! Sie sind professionell und liebenswert! Ganz oben !!! Ein großes Dankeschön für all seine Aufmerksamkeiten, die wir während unseres Aufenthalts hatten. Ein Traumaufenthalt in einer magischen Umgebung. Ich kann dieses Riad nur wärmstens empfehlen!

We were warmly greeted by the delightful team at Riad Elegancia. The bellboy kindly met us at the main road to assist with our luggage. As we entered, we were struck by the Riad’s stunning beauty, especially since it was our first experience staying in one. Our welcome included delicious Moroccan tea and treats, setting a lovely tone for our stay. The team was very responsive to our inquiries even before our arrival. The Riad’s location is excellent, with many attractions within a 10-minute walking distance. We stayed for two nights before sadly departing Morocco. Majda was exceptionally friendly and helpful with all our questions. The only minor downside was the charge for coffee pods, which was a first for me despite my extensive travels. However, the cost was reasonable at 20 Dirham per pod. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Riad Elegancia.

This is the best place I could ever imagined staying at for my first time visit to Marrakech. From start to finish, the level of service provided by the team has been outstanding. We could always speak with the team members for support and they were always happy to help and provide recommendations as well as organise activities for us. This riad is a in a league of its own from all hotels I have ever stayed at and would recommend it to anyone who visits Marrakech as I can't imagine there is anywhere that can top this place. Some strong mentions: The rooms are excellent, cleaned regularly and cool so you don't over heat after a long day walking around. The pool is incredible and you should definitely go over to the sister hotel La Maison Arabe for dinner as well as this you get access to the country club which is just a beautiful place to spend a day if you want to lounge by the pool and enjoy some time relaxing. There are so many other things I could say but if you are reading this far, I would genuinely say just book Riad Elegancia! I promise you it will be the best place you can stay.

Great Riad, great location—quiet, pretty, very comfortable. The breakfast on the roof was lovely. The staff was great and made sure all needs were taken care of. Friends were staying at the sister Riad, and they even walked us there and back to make sure we found our way. Can't say enough good things.

Room, staff, facilities everything just awesome rooftop pool n view mind blowing. Cleaners is superb. We had breakfast n selection of food really healthy. Good quality restaurants v close n jama El fina is just walking distance.worty of money

We found a piece of heaven in Marrakech and fell in love! We wanted to stay in a Riad that would be intimate, hospitable, and offer a slice of Moroccan life and Riad Elegancia delivered above and beyond our expectations. Mohammed was there from the beginning to ensure our stay would be unforgettable. From securing our airport transport to the Riad before we arrived and being there once our driver, Youssef, dropped us off near the Riad. During our ride, Youssef explained about Marrakech like a mini-tour wetting our appetite. He also provided us with some other rides and also with plenty of great commentary and fun conversations. First, the Riad itself is beautiful! It just has an amazing, cozy vibe with such ornate and intricate artwork adorning its interior. Although, like the rest of old Marrakech (Medina), it's a bit of a maze getting around and to the Riad but very quickly we got our bearings. Also, there was always someone to help us get around if needed. Second, the staff at Riad Elegancia is the most helpful, friendliest, and warm people we've had the pleasure to meet. They are simply sensational. They all went out of their way, always, to ensure we were taken care of and had the best possible experience. We especially wanted to acknowledge Majda at the front desk who was extremely kind and provided so much guidance for our stay! Also, we would like to thank the following people who individually and together made our visit to the Riad wonderful. Front desk: Mohammed, Majda, Abderahim, and Achraf for aiding us in whatever we needed. Housekeeping: Karima and Saida for keeping our room clean and confortable. Restaurant: Said, Reda, and Zahra for getting up early with us and starting our day with a fabulous breakfast. Spa: Soad (massage), Soukaina (massage) and Aicha (hammam) for allowing us to relax and be on cloud nine. Finally, it's because of this wonderful staff and special place that we felt we were home away from home! We highly recommend Riad Elegancia for your next trip to Marrakech!!

We recently stayed at Riad Elegancia and had an exceptional experience. The service was top-notch, with the staff treating us like family from the moment we arrived. The Riad is impeccably designed and renovated. The location within the medina was perfect, allowing easy access to all attractions. I highly recommend Riad Elegancia to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Marrakech.

The staff are welcoming and courteous and the place is nice, truly elegant and comfortable! It’s clean and their breakfast is super yummy. Their pool is inviting , the decor are tasteful and amenities are good . Mohammed their manager is always accommodating to guests , courteous and certainly makes you feel welcomed. Highly recommend this place

I truly enjoyed my stay at Riad Elegancia. No complaints. The staff were helpful in scheduling transport back and forth from the train station prior to arrival. Staff were very friendly and sweet. Food and drinks were amazing. Easy to schedule activities, and loved my experience at the spa. Staff gave great recommendations regarding dining options, helped call us taxis. Rooms were clean and very beautiful. Loved the rooftop breakfast and the pool. I would definitely stay there again.

Such a beautiful riad! Thank you for such a wonderful stay - all the staff were so frriendly, from the moment we arrived to organising the transfer back to the airport. The room was beautiful and we still talk about how comfortable the bad was! We both had a spa treatment which was so so wonderful! And a little tip - make use of the free transfer to their Country club - we were the only ones at this beautiful estate for hours - with use of the pool, lounges and had a lovely, reasonably priced lunch!

The staff were amazing from the beginning walking us out to the street and back in at night. Keeping tabs on us. Rooms were very good. Food at breakfast over the top. Dinner was very good. Gym and pool were excellent along with lovely terrace. Majada Kareem and Abderrahim were excellent as were staff in the restaurant. Highly recommended. We changed our last night from a different hotel due to the staff. Bottle of wine, almonds and treats we enjoyed didn't hurt. Near all the action. But quiet. A must stay.

Our 3 night stay here was exceptional. The attention to detail was high level, so much thought went into designing this place. It’s very comfortable, traditional yet modern, beautifully designed, so clean, and the staff is so very warm and attentive. Our room had touches that I found nowhere else: complimentary bottle of (good!) wine which is like hitting the jackpot in Morocco, a luxurious bathroom with tub and very hot water, high quality bath products, cookies and water in our room everyday, multiple lighting options, reading light by bed, mattress is better than mine at home- so comfy, best breakfast we had during our 12 days of travel (the homemade yogurt is dreamy), rooftop pool and dining, so much more. Their sister riad (2 minute walk) had the most incredible hammam- don’t sleep on this! Our room wasn’t large but the space was used really well plus don’t forget the bath! Everyone who works here is wonderful. On our last morning we had to leave early and they sent us off with baked goods, fresh OJ, and coffee for our ride to the airport.
