Sehr gute Erfahrung, das Servicepersonal des Hotels ist sehr enthusiastisch, hilft mit Gepäck und Wechselgeld, der Pool ist sehr sauber, das Zimmer ist komfortabel und ordentlich, das Frühstück ist köstlich, sehr gut für Urlaub und Freizeit geeignet, sehr gute Erfahrung, schauen Sie Ich freue mich darauf, in Zukunft wieder hier zu übernachten

Es schadet nicht, wenn es keinen Vergleich gibt: Im Vergleich zu inländischen und europäischen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in Marokko sind die lokalen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels immer noch etwas schlechter und das Frühstücksangebot ist nicht viel.

Die Ausrüstung ist alt und das Management ist schlecht. sehr durchschnittliches Hotel Das Problem bei alten Sternehotels ist nicht die veraltete Ausstattung, sondern das Management, meist das Rezeptionsteam. Die Klimaanlage im gebuchten Zimmer war kaputt. Ich habe zwei Stunden gewartet, bis ich ein Zimmer im ersten Stock bekommen habe, aber die Tür zum Garten war immer noch kaputt. Mit anderen Worten, jeder kann reinkommen. Dieser Ort ist weit weg von den Sehenswürdigkeiten, es gibt also viel Raum für Verbesserungen!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. 4 amazing nights and a lovely afternoon by the pool side. Pool water was cold though.

ein in die Jahre gekommenes 5Stern Hotel und trotzdem empfehlenswert!!! positiv: Betten, Badezimmer, Ambiente, köstliches Buffet, wunderschöne Gartenlandschaft,... negativ: Wifi instabil, zu wenig Betten bei den pools, immer wieder keine Suppentassen , Löffel, Gläser, Kaffeetassen, warten auf einen Tisch bzw diesen komplett einzudecken-alles sehr personalabhängig. Erwähnenswert auch der Mitarbeiter Ismael, der dies immer äußerst rasch und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt hat

The best ...hotel 5stars The restaurant,buffet is excellent wonderful Big buffet!!!!!!!! Tabaraca and Mohamed soussi are the best in the restaurant Very kind happy and helpful Big rooms with a very nice veranda and a nice bathroom ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We read the reviews and were worried but wow it’s a beautiful hotel with great staff a great pool and a great buffet style restaurant loved every minute of our 7 days there would highly recommend it I will definitely stay there again anytime xx

We have been on exploring Morocco all week and have stayed at a number of hotels and this one is by far the nicest! The food is incredible, the pool is huge, and the mojitos at the bar might be the best I’ve ever had. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent. I was nervous about staying here after seeing other reviews but those people are being nit-picky! This place is plenty nice and feels luxurious.

Comfortable beds, good food, friendly staff. It's a plus that the room we stayed in didn't have a mat. The bathrooms need cleaning and the towels they gave us were falling apart. The hotel advertises a gym, but we didn't find one. We looked for information at reception and they told us that it had been closed.

This hotel is maybe a 3-star establishment. Although the website claims there are four restaurants, only the buffet is open, and the food selection is very limited and repetitive. The bar service is poor; after ordering a cocktail, the bartender ignored me and served two other people who came after me, one being a man and the other a local. Our ground floor room had a chair missing from the terrace this morning. When we requested an iron, we received a defective, leaking one. The hotel is much smaller than the pictures suggest, with just one pool, and almost everything, including water, comes at an extra cost. The room is a decent size, but everything looks old and desperately needs renovation. There's a kettle in the room, but only two sachets of tea (one green and one black) with no coffee or other options. During my shower, a cleaning lady knocked and entered my room despite my repeated refusals, just to hand me a towel at 6 PM, which seemed unnecessary. State of the tables abd loungers is similar to that of a local pool, dirty and mediocre. I would not recommend this place if you expect a true 5-star experience, as you will be very disappointed. I've already counted 24 planes flying overhead today, and I'm only on day 3 of 7.

I stayed in this hotel with my husband who was working in Marrakech during the day. It is most definitely not a five star hotel. It is directly under the flight path from the airport, the bathroom smelt of sewage, and the outside furniture is dirty, see photo. I also had a bad experience with a taxi driver who the hotel found for me. I asked politely at reception for help with getting a taxi to take me to the the Jemaa square. I pointed out that I was on my own, and that it was my first visit. The concierge called a taxi from across the road from the hotel. I showed him and the taxi driver the Jemaa square on my map, which is where I wanted to go to. They both agreed as to where I was going, a price was agreed. And so the taxi driver stopped outside a shop and insisted that I went inside for 'berber tea'. I refused, he drove off, and I was lost. I was in an area of local people who did not speak English. I tried to speak French, but they didn't understand me. Wifi wouldn't work on my phone, and I couldn't find a street name to help with using my map. I felt frightened and panicky. After walking up and down for ten minutes I spotted a couple who I thought might be European. Luckily they were from London, and they helped me find my way to the square, I was a ten minute walk away. When I got back to the hotel the staff weren't interested in my bas experience, even though I pointed out that they found the taxi for me. I think the driver was known to them, is a regular, and they feed him first time visitors like myself. Do not stay here - there must be better hotels!

Not a 5-star hotel by European/American standards. In fact it’s very far from it. Pillows are hard as a rock. No à la carte options, very dirty dinning chairs. At breakfast it is difficult to find a clean table to sit. You have to chase employees to clean it. Expresso coffee is charged even though we paid for buffet. Employees will fight you when you point out issues instead of acknowledging and trying to fix them.
