What I liked: we were on the 3rd floor, and the apartment had full length windows on two sides, so the views over the city were amazing, particularly at night when the city lights up. It was very spacious and new-looking, fully equipped; king bed; smart TV that you could pair your headphones with to avoid disturbing others; TV in the bedroom as well as in the main area; the ensuite had a real door (I have a pet hate for sliding bathroom doors – so noisy!) had a large shower with hand-held shower head with good water pressure; secure car-parking underneath. Not only did it have a dining table and chairs inside, but the balcony had a large table and more chairs. Location is just great, an Italian restaurant on the doorstep, Thai to the right, café/pub bar to the left, all within 5 minutes. And just round the corner still within walking distance is Ocean Street, which has many many restaurants to choose from. Traffic noise during the day, but not a problem at night as Maroochydore does not have much night traffic. Not so good: the ensuite had no hooks to hang anything; no shower caddy so your shampoo, soap etc had to be put on the floor; the towel rails were inadequate for more than one towel. A safety rail in the shower recess would have been appreciated. Only two pillows on the bed plus cushions, extra pillows would have been better, I never see the point of cushions on the bed.

Our visit to M1 Maroochydore was fantastic and extremely accommodating by the manager. Nothing was a problem regarding access to pool towels and extra ammenities for our apartment, ie washing powder and extra dish wash powder. Our apartment was impressive with a split level aspect with high ceilings overlooking a canal and walkway. This Modern apartment had a wonderful covered huge deck with outdoor furniture. We loved having our 5pm drinks outside listening to the birds in the trees. 10 minutes to the Sunshine Plaza and dining, plus 5min to Ocean street dining. We stayed 6 nights and throughly enjoyed what Maroochydore had to offer.

Unser Zimmer war im ersten Stock mit einem Balkon mit Blick auf eine Gebäudeseite ... Vielleicht hätte nicht extra für dieses Privileg geladen werden sollen, da wir es nie verwendet haben! Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und funktionell. Die Betten waren fest, aber es hätte eine bessere Kuchenauswahl geben sollen, da unsere alle flach waren wie Pancakes. Nicht sicher über das Glas Dusche mit dual-purpose-Tür. Kann das Nachtlicht nicht auflassen, wie es das Schlafzimmer beleuchtet. Autoparkplatz bei $20 pro Tag war teuer, da wir 5 Tage geblieben hätten diskontiert werden sollen. Frühstücksoptionen waren gut mit glutenfreien Optionen verfügbar Toostoff immer glücklich zu helfen. Das Hotel ist in der Spazierweite vom Baumbaum Strand entfernt. Es gibt Waschbecken auf der oberen Etage. Die blaue Beleuchtungskante des Gebäudes macht es leicht zu finden. Als Top-Tipps zahlt nicht extra für ein Zimmer mit einem Balkon es über sie schaut ein Gebäudeort, und es ist es nicht wert. Nehmen Sie Ihre eigenen Kissen, da sie wie Pancakes sind. Parken bei $20 pro Tag ist übermäßig und Sie können nach 6 Uhr in den benachbarten Straßen parkieren. Während in der Gegend Maleny Botanical Gardens und Bird World und Australien ZooWir hatten einen tollen Tag an beiden Orten, und für einige fantastische Ansichten besuchen Sie Montville nicht bedauern.

Zweite Zeit in diesem Resort und immer noch der gleiche große Service, freundliches Personal und große Apartments. Wir haben hier 3 Nächte in Zimmer 701 geblieben. Gute Aussichten und gut gespeicherte Wohnung, die sauber und gereinigt war und alle Geräte in der Arbeitsordnung. Kostenlose Unterdrückung sicherer Parkplatz und kostenloses WiFi, das gut funktionierte. Wanderweite zum Strand und viele Cafés und Restaurants. Vergessen Sie nicht, Ricks am 6. eine große Artisan Bakery sehr nahe Verve zu versuchen. Genießen Sie unseren Aufenthalt und würde gründlich empfehlen

Have just returned to NZ after 3 weeks staying at The Rise. This was our second stay and we have rebooked for next year. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are very modern and stylish with magnificent views all round. We had a two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, laundry, fantastic living, dining area and gorgeous sunny balcony. It is very handy to shops, restaurants and beach. A must stay!

The website claimed that the property was close to shops and restaurants. The situation was not close to anything except a couple of restaurants and a bakery which was very nice. There were no maps available to local eateries, shops etc. While the apartment was clean, it was very tired. There was nothing left in it (apart from one small packet of laundry powder and the smallest bottle of milk in the world! ) Had to buy my own dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and rubbish bags. The rubbish room was on the ground floor and we were asked to dispose of all rubbish prior to departure or we would be charged $100! The whole time I was there the swipe card for after hours access at the front entrance did not work so had to walk a few yards down the street (in the dark) to access the back entrance. Not ideal. There was no information available on local attractions, trips, activities. The receptionists were not helpful when asking for advice as to how to get to places, how to call a taxi (my NZ mobile would not work on the local number). Fortunately I have an Uber app so used Ubers which were great. The pool was closed for a day (without notice). Wifi was intermittent and not reliable at all. I had a wonderful time on my break but that was due to my pre-planning prior to the trip. I would not recommend this property. Jane
