Es war wunderbar, dort zu sein, danke für uns und die Erbringung guter Dienstleistungen. Alles war großartig, Wert für Geld. Ich verstehe nicht, warum die Leute die schlechten Ratings gegeben haben, ich blieb auf dem 5. Stock, das Zimmer war sauber und richtig eingerichtet, das geteilte Waschzimmer war richtig gereinigt und sanitiert, das Bett war super komfortabel, und was sonst? Ein Eisen, das sie für Kleidung gegeben haben, ein wirklich gutes geteiltes Duschezimmer. Das Hotel sollte auf 5 Sterne aufgelistet werden. Ich fand nichts falsch. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Wir gingen für eine schnelle Reise für 2 Tage für einen Fotoshoot und unser Budget war wirklich weniger und F1 war das einzige Hotel, das die Preisgestaltung als für unser Budget, wir hatten Angst, die Bewertungen auf TA zu sehen, aber noch dachte, es zu versuchen. Vertrau mir, alles war ausgezeichnet, viel mehr als erwartet. Ich werde immer dort für zukünftige Reisen bleiben, werde nicht Geld auf teuer Hotels verschwenden, die unnötig gleich gut sind. Versuchen Sie es selbst und ich bin sicher, dass Sie es lieben werden.

Sehr guter Service, nachdem ich ankam, aktualisierte ich die große Suite kostenlos. Die andere Seite ist der Supermarkt. Sie können selbst Kochen und selbst Kochen kaufen. Die Küche ist komplett. Die Rezeption Canille ist sehr geduldig und freundlich. Das Gefühl, dieses Leben zu leben, ist immer noch sehr gut.

Die Zimmergröße ist nicht so großzügig wie Sie für eine 1 Schlafzimmer Suite erwartet, aber es passte Familie von 4. Die AC war nicht wirklich funktioniert und die Waschmaschine war fehlerhaft. Berichte an den Konzern, aber noch nicht am nächsten Tag repariert. Glücklicherweise gibt es einen selbstverständlichen Waschraum von etwa 300 m vom Hotel entfernt. Die Lage ist groß und zentraler und mit einfachem Zugang zu Scooters und Fahrrädern, die ich betrachte, ist der beste Weg um Paris zu erreichen.

This was our third stay at this hotel over a period of several years and I posted a very positive review in 2014. Oh, how things have changed here! I begin with the most serious of the offenses and indignities we suffered during our 5-night stay. I was entrapped in the hotel's elevator for a period of 10-15 minutes before the staff registered any response to the emergency alarm bell or my pounding on the elevator door. When a maintenance employee finally arrived, he said that the alarm bell notified the off-premises elevator service company rather than the hotel itself. I knew this was not accurate as I could clearly hear the alarm when I repeatedly pressed it. When I was finally liberated from the elevator and spoke with the on-duty manager, he apologized and said he had been in the ”back office” and had not heard the alarm. The general manager of the hotel also stated that she regretted the ”inconvenience.” I think this event qualified substantially above the level of ”inconvenience” and the manager's proffer of a fractional portion of the substantial Marriott points I had used for my stay was wholly inadequate for the life-threatening emergency that could well have been the case. In addition to this incident, we experienced an appalling indifference and lack of basic service from the staff of the hotel, including (1) absence of a bellman to assist with our bags upon arrival at the hotel by taxi ,(2) failure to deliver an additional luggage rack to the room following request of the bellman, (3) failure of housekeeping staff to make up the room for a period of two hours and after three requests when we inadvertently left the French-language ”do not disturb” sign on our door, (4) failure to respond to three or more requests for towels that had not been left by the housekeeper, and (5) recommendation by the newest and least-experienced junior concierge of an Asian restaurant that displayed a ”closed” sign when we arrived and where no employees spoke English or could provide an English-language menu. (In fact, with regard to the restaurant, the chief concierge told us the next day that she had ”never heard of it.”) We chose this hotel because we had previously had positive experiences, notwithstanding the fact that the rooms are extremely small (even with our upgrade from a ”cubby hole” to a ”shoebox-sized” room). The hotel's common area is beautifully decorated and the rooms are well-appointed despite their size. The problem with this hotel boils down to indifferent management and that is really a shame. It could be so much more!

Ich war im Hotel am 18. Dezember/19. Januar über Neujahr für 5 Nächte mit meiner Freundin. Zunächst einmal sah es von außen sehr schön aus, wirklich alte Schule, authentisch aussehendes französisches Gebäude, sehr schön. Es hat eine gute Lage, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Eiffelturm entfernt und in der Nähe vieler Restaurants, Cafés und Bars! Es gibt auch zwei U-Bahnstationen in unmittelbarer Nähe und viele Geschäfte. Außerdem haben wir eine hervorragende Lage gefunden, wenn Sie gerne zu Fuß gehen. Wenn Sie ein begeisterter Wanderer sind, haben wir alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von maximal einer Stunde zu Fuß erreicht. Das Hauptproblem, das wir mit dem Hotel hatten, war wirklich die Größe des Zimmers, die Bilder auf der Website waren sehr täuschend - letztendlich war es kein großes Problem, da wir eigentlich nicht viel im Zimmer waren, aber wenn Sie irgendwo für 5 sind Tage gab es im Zimmer nur begrenzt Platz zum Entspannen und zur Aufbewahrung und das Badezimmer war SEHR klein. Aber das Zimmer war immer so sauber wie möglich, es ist sehr altmodisch und ich würde sagen, es braucht eine Auffrischung, aber trotzdem ein schöner Ort, freundliches Personal und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Aufzüge waren auch sehr veraltet und seien Sie vorsichtig, da Sie buchstäblich direkt aus den Aufzügen auf eine Wendeltreppe gehen, die nach ein oder zwei Sherberts manchmal etwas schwierig ist.

Wir verbrachten 3 Nächte hier als Gruppe von 6 (3 Zimmer) im September. Das Hotel war fabulös, sehr sauber und modern, freundliches Personal und schönes Frühstück. Ich denke, es muss kürzlich renoviert worden sein, da die Zimmer nicht überhaupt Datum wie die vorherigen Bewertungen stand. Unser 3. Stockzimmer hatte sogar einen Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Nur um die Ecke des Bahnhofs und der Geschäfte zusätzlich zu einem ausgezeichneten italienischen Restaurant, das von der Hotelpersonal empfohlen wird. Das einzige kleine Problem war, dass wir mehr Frühstücksartikel jeden Tag ausgeben mussten, aber ich denke, das ist besser als viel Abfall/Trockenbrett. Ich würde es sicher empfehlen, wenn Sie nicht daran interessiert, einen kurzen Zug aus dem Stadtzentrum zu sein.

Stayed late June last year, and again this week. The hotel is in a nice location, offering a quiet environment. Parking is free (and level -2 is an experience in itself). Rooms are ok - could use an update and in room facilities are pretty basic. Spa and gym are ok as well. Hamptons Grill is a nice restaurant - the offering in the summer was a bit more elaborate and also offers a good terrace. Service was to the point. A little odd is you can’t charge to the room as the restaurant is run independent from the hotel. Breakfast service is standard/basic. The outdoor pool is good but not heated. To summarize, the hotel is not on par with other Renaissance hotels I stayed at, but for a stop over or a short stay, it’s a good option.

Rented a suite and there's not even a closet to store your clothes. There is just 4 poor hangers for hanging shirts and dresses. In order to get an iron and an iron board, I had to go down to the front desk since nobody was answering the phone… Right in the middle of the shower, the water becomes suddenly boiling hot. Thinking the mixer was broken, I tried the water in the sink and I had the same issue: just no cold water at all anymore. Of course, this happens right in the middle of the shower. Called the front desk, but nobody was answering, while it was just late afternoon. The problem happened again the day after. The day of the departure, I left around 4.30am in order to go to the airport, and the garage door didn't open. There is no button to call the front desk, therefore I had to leave my car on the ramp and go walk to the front desk in order to ask for the door to be opened. The front desk man said ”oh, I though it would open by itself…” Coming back from the ride around 6am, I tried to call the front desk to get a taxi booking, but nobody answered the phone. I went down in the lobby and the hotel was literally empty. I went back to my room, tried again to call and after 10 minutes somebody picked-up the phone. I told him ”if you're asked by the taxi company where am I going, just tell them destination ABC”. To which he replied ”oh, you can tell the driver yourself when they will ask”. Clearly not listening. The day before leaving, I went to the bar for a dinner since there restaurant was closed… I ordered some food that was brought to me in a pot that was being opened right in front of me and just put in the plate. Just like that, in the pot with the branding and the list of ingredients… I ordered a cold cut plate and it was clearly not fresh at all: the camp was as hard as skin and discolored on the sides, the sauces were discolored as well, the cheese slices were glued one to another. The service is given to kids who have no sense of class or refinement, and they're not even shaved. The lamp that goes from the bar to the outside (which is located inside the bar) is covered with a massive spider net from. As compensation for the cold cut board, I was given a bottle of cheap Bordeaux.

Immerhin ist der Preis da, also ist alles gut. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich die Tür zum Hinterhof des Schlosses von Versailles. Das Hotel ist im europäischen Stil retro, besonders das Sitzen auf dem Sitz im Freien im Garten ist sehr komfortabel. Das Servicepersonal war sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet. Wenn Sie selbst fahren, kann Ihnen der Portier beim Parken Ihres Autos helfen. Sie können so viel bezahlen, wie Sie möchten. Wenn Sie selbst parken, kostet dies 25 Euro pro Nacht.
