Just came back from a one night stay in the G hotel. The hotel is really nice, clean and with a relaxing vibe. It was our 10 years anniversary and we wanted to spend a relaxing vacation. We had a cabanna by the lagoon it was very clean a bit small but ok for a cabanna. The bathroom had a small extension with sky light and plants that gave a very nice vibe to the room. The beach was amazing , spacious and sandy. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. We wanted to do something crazy for the anniversary and with the help of mr Amir the hotel 's night manager we were able to come back with the pictures and memories we wanted. A special shout out to Mr Amir for going out of his way to help us. Regarding the restaurant and the food they were both amazing. Food was delicious with lots of varieties. Again it was a vacation to remember, the perfect place for a quick relaxing get away. Only draw back is that it is a bit too quiet for families with kids. Looking forwards to going there again.

Perfect hotel for a romantic getaway with your bud. True to its name, the Seashell Hotel does everything to allow you to relax like a mollusk. There are even snuggly corners designated for cuddling in full privacy. The on-site restaurant is also excellent. We had an outstanding roasted tomato soup, a crispy filet of fish (which was crispy even without any sauce), and a healthy salad made of steamed and grilled vegetables (no need to remind the chef to leave beet root out, they’ll do so anyway). Perfect spot for buds and cuds.

Returned after an ‘ok’ visit in Sep 2021. The trip started with us finding dirty underwear in the room we checked in, it was ok after that except they wouldn’t even let us ok the sand (we weren’t going to swim) as it was “too windy”. This time round however, it was really bad. The staff are so very unhappy. Even when we wrote a number down on the tips in the receipt they told us to cross it out as reception don’t give them the tips. Every. Single. item of food ordered doesn’t come as per the description on the menu. For example, my 1200 grilled lemon shrimp with vegetables and rice came without both the vegetables and rice. My Greek salad was without balsamic, olive oil, cheese and green pepper. My beef gyros came without tzatziki and had to wait 10 mins for it. The next day, my Greek souvlaki came without tzatziki and after 20 minutes neither the chefs or waiting staff could figure out what it was. I had tartar sauce, tartar sauce with olives, ketchup and tahini. Needless to say it’s a disaster. The reception staff are truly miserable too. No information on check in. Bread at the buffet was rock hard and stale. No one asks if you want drinks. So bad guys don’t go. The cocktails are also not as described. No service from staff on the beach so we had to go to the pool. The only reason it’s 2 stars is because of the beautiful view.

It is a nice property with a lot of potential. Beautiful pool. We booked a Seaview room. When we first got there, we saw some construction material in front of our room while looking at the sea. We were told that they are just cleaning up and removing everything, but to my disappointment, the next day there was even more construction material and two huge tents that blocked the view to the sea. Apparently they were prepping for a wedding and they were building a huge stage on the beach to accommodate the wedding. Every day we would wake up to hammering and construction workers yelling at each other, giving instructions. Within three days, the stage was complete, and it was completely encased in privacy walls completely blocking the view to the sea. So we cannot see the sea from our room and also cannot see the view from the main areas. I complain to the GM and ask him why we were not told that there was going to be construction and the view is going to be blocked. He said he was sorry. Every complaint I had all he had to say was I am sorry. He offered me lunch to compensate, I told him I did not need lunch, I wanted the view to the sea that I booked and paid for. They offered to move us, I do not want to pack and unpack again, and also in order to move us away from all of this they would’ve had to move us far away to the other side of the resort and we would be very far from the reception and the dining areas. That was another important criteria I gave them when I booked the room is that I need to be closer to the reception area so moving me to another room away from all of this would put me very far from the reception. The hotel only apologizes as I’ve seen in previous poor reviews, but they never really improved their service. I will also say that , Service during the morning and evening buffet is poor. Although they have a lot of labor, they are not well trained so we are constantly needing to request simple things like water, coffee, please come and pick up the dirty plates and things like that. Basic things that they should have been trained to do. Of course , that goes back to the management who did not properly train the employees. Everything trickles from the top and apparently the top is not doing their job. I would not come back here again and would not recommend it.
