If you like history this is a great little place to stay, has a lot of history and some original things about it. The staff was helpful. Small town feel around, there are several places to eat right close, nice little small town places.

GFMH is a great place to stay when going to a performance at the nearby Lincoln Theater. I enjoy the old-world feel of the place, and the upgraded guest rooms. Each room is different, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Good value for the reasonable cost. The included breakfast is not much, but there are coffee shops and a cafe on the same block. Stay there for the location, value and room comfort.

Amanda and her team were accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The history and former speak easy room were fun. I think a bit up updating in the upholstery would brighten up the rooms but i loved the bathroom and the bed was cozy. I highly recommend for a nice getaway.

Great stay. Only thing missing is Newsmax on the tv. The lineup only has woke and fake news channels. That may be tedious to many, but that is important to some of us, specially these days. Still, we would gladly stay again without hesitation.

The historic details of the hotel are very nice. Comfortable beds( soft). Very clean. Parking in back of hotel, Has a bit of an old, musty smell to it. Good, central location.
