Ok Hotel, mit dem freundlichen Design, freundlichen Empfang und Barpersonal... zwei Dinge, die mich wirklich störten, also die durchschnittliche Rating - während Sie über booking.com reserviert haben Sie normalerweise als Kunde mit dem Hotel zu kommunizieren vor der Ankunft über Nachrichten... gut ich tat Message the hotel 5 mal ohne Antwort auf eine kleine, aber wichtige Details.... Ich bin wirklich beunruhigt, da sie 5 Nachrichten gesehen haben müssen?? - in einem Hof (vermutlich 3-4 Search Hotel Grundausstattung im Innenraum als Notizpfad und ein Pen sollte Standard sein... leider in keinem unserer beiden Zimmer ;-( Wieder im Grunde war das Hotel gut, aber diese Details zeigen Mangel an Kundenbetreuung und kann Einstellung tun

Alle Mitarbeiter waren wunderbar, außer für die Person im Hotel, mit der ich ursprünglich telefonisch gesprochen hatte, die grausam, unachtsam und bescheiden war. Ich habe das persönlich mit dem Generalmanager diskutiert, aber keine Rückmeldungen. Das Hyatt, das ich letztes Mal geblieben habe, enthält Frühstück. Eines für Ihr Hotel zu bedenken. Das Bett war extrem komfortabel. Das Zimmer sehr sauber. Und ich liebe das Wasser mit Zitronen im Lobby.

Als ich zum Hotel kam, war das Front Desk Team sehr willkommen und half mir, in mein Zimmer super schnell zu kommen. Das Hotel ist super nah an Truist Park. Es war in der Lage, zum Ballfeld zu gehen und fühlte sich sehr komfortabel mit dem Spaziergang, da es nur 1 Meilen entfernt ist und es gibt einen Seitengang die ganze Entfernung. Viele Restaurants rund um das Hotel für spät Nachtsuche.

We chose this hotel for our Lakepoint baseball tournament. While it’s not close to the field, it’s very close to shopping, Truist Park, restaurants and everything else you may need. The rooms were clean (not spotless but clean) and spacious. The hotel had plenty of space for our team to spread out and a perfect open field for whiffle ball because, after playing baseball all day, blitz ball is a must. The breakfast was good with a good number of choices. The hotel seemed to have a mix of business travelers and sports teams but there were also some guests that didn’t seem to be staying at the hotel. Families came and used the pool who, when a child was injured, hopped in a car parked outside and left. Doesn’t seem to be very secure in that regard and something the hotel may want to look into. There were also interesting people who used the spaces but never went to rooms at different times during our stay. It was odd given the location. Overall we had a great stay and would I choose the hotel again.

Ich machte vor 2 Wochen Reservierungen. Ich habe heute angerufen. Sie sagten, ich könnte nie wieder bei ihnen bleiben. So habe ich Hotels gewählt, wo ich Buchung gemacht habe. Sie riefen Hotels, um einen Grund zu bekommen. Der Manager sagte ihnen, ich sei verrückt. Er hat gelogen. Das Hotel der Wahl glaubt mir. Ich habe drei Stunden gerufen. Aber das Wahlhotel fand mir im letzten Moment ein anderes Hotel. Die Leute, die Econolog in Marietta laufen, kommen aus einem anderen Land. Sie sind wie Schmutz. Sie bleiben nie hier. Sie werden sich an dich richten. Sie beobachten jede Bewegung, die Sie machen. Mein Sohn ist psychisch gefährdet, sie haben ihn schrecklich behandelt. Choice Hotel ist sehr beunruhigt, wie sie mich und meinen Sohn behandelt haben. Ich bin ein Diamantmitglied. Bitte bleiben Sie nicht hier. Ihre ganze Familie wohnt hier im Hotel und sie sehen Sie wie ein Hawk.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Florida. Das Hotel ist ein fantastischer Ort, um sich nach einer langen Fahrt auszuruhen. Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren bequem und es gibt eine Menge Dinge in der Gegend zu tun. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Rezeptionistin, die sehr freundlich war, sich in der Gegend auskannte und uns sehr schnell eincheckte. Wir werden zu 100% wieder hier übernachten.

JJeffNice für die $$ aber, bei 345am gezogen dieser Truck draußen und aus dem ungutsamen Lärm, es machte, ich war wach von meinem Schlaf, dachte, etwas war bereit, ins Gebäude zu krass. Unnötig zu sagen, ich hatte nicht viel Schlaf nach diesem. Ich habe mich sofort bei dem Nachtpersonal beschwert und er würde nichts dagegen tun oder mir etwas anbieten, weil meine Nacht vom Schlaf ruiniert wird.

We chose this hotel for our Lakepoint baseball tournament. While it’s not close to the field, it’s very close to shopping, Truist Park, restaurants and everything else you may need. The rooms were clean (not spotless but clean) and spacious. The hotel had plenty of space for our team to spread out and a perfect open field for whiffle ball because, after playing baseball all day, blitz ball is a must. The breakfast was good with a good number of choices. The hotel seemed to have a mix of business travelers and sports teams but there were also some guests that didn’t seem to be staying at the hotel. Families came and used the pool who, when a child was injured, hopped in a car parked outside and left. Doesn’t seem to be very secure in that regard and something the hotel may want to look into. There were also interesting people who used the spaces but never went to rooms at different times during our stay. It was odd given the location. Overall we had a great stay and would I choose the hotel again.

GGuest UserWir nahmen unser 9-jähriges zu seinen ersten beiden Braves-Spiele und blieb in diesem Hotel für 4 Tage. Wir hatten noch nie hier geblieben, aber ein verwandter empfahl das Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräuchert schön. Ich prüfe immer die Blätter und Kissen. Das einzige negative war die weiße dünne Deckel sah schön auf dem Oberteil, aber war in Gemäldeschmuck oder irgendeine Art Marker auf der Unterseite bedeckt. Wir haben es gerade entfernen und sie auf die Seite gesetzt. Das Personal war meist unglaublich schön und sehr hilfreich. Crystal und Marianna am Frontdesk waren absolut wunderbar! Warm lächeln und sehr hilfreich mit allen Fragen. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag großartig! Die Frau, die serviert hatte, war alle lächeln und alles gut gelagert. Unser Hausmeister war super freundlich und hat unsere Handtücher und Waschbecken gehandelt, sowie unser Toilettengewebe und Zimmerkaffe ausgefüllt. Der einzige große negative für unsere Reise war der Nacht-Angestellte Josh. Er hatte eine schreckliche Einstellung und war unachtsam und unhöflich. Nicht nur uns. Wir beobachteten seine schlechte Einstellung auf unsere zweite Nacht und erlebten sie uns selbst auf unsere letzte Nacht. Aus Respekt für meinen Sohn wartete ich, bis er bequem in unserem Zimmer zurück war, bevor ich zur Lobby zurückkehrte, um Joshs Namen zu erhalten. Wir waren sehr nett und freundlich, als wir ursprünglich in die Lobby gingen und sogar Josh einige Fragen zu seinem Tag gestellt. Er ignorierte uns völlig, und wir standen direkt vor ihm am Rechner, um für ein paar Getränke zu bezahlen. Als er unsere Veränderung zurückkehrte, legte er sie hinter der Kunststoffbarriere und dann ignorierte uns. Wir konnten es nicht halten und fragten, ob er es vorwärts treiben könnte. Er hat uns weiter ignoriert, als ob wir nicht da waren. Bedenken Sie, wir standen buchstäblich vor dem Countdown von ihm bei der Check-in-Desk. Meine Frau ließ sich auf die Kunststoffbarriere drücken, bis sie das Register berührte, so dass sie die Dollars ausschütten konnte. Er hat uns immer ignoriert, auch wenn wir ihn gebeten hatten, das Geld unter der Kunststoff-Schütteln zu lassen. In einem Streit um einen Konflikt vor meinem Sohn zu vermeiden, sagten wir einfach: „Gut, ich denke, ich habe eine gute Nacht.“ Er hat noch nicht reagiert... Als ich wieder in die Lobby kam, war seine Entschuldigung: „.. Ich musste diese Baseball-Menschen die ganze Woche behandeln. ” Ich habe ein Braves-Shirt gekleidet.... Es gab mehr mit Josh, aber ich habe meinen Punkt gemacht. Also, um es zu verpacken, Josh ist ein schrecklicher Front-Repräsentant für dieses Hotel und muss dorthin verlegt werden, wo er keinen Gastkontakt hat. Die übrigen Mitarbeiter und Management sind großartig!

GGuest UserAls ich zum Hotel kam, war das Front Desk Team sehr willkommen und half mir, in mein Zimmer super schnell zu kommen. Das Hotel ist super nah an Truist Park. Es war in der Lage, zum Ballfeld zu gehen und fühlte sich sehr komfortabel mit dem Spaziergang, da es nur 1 Meilen entfernt ist und es gibt einen Seitengang die ganze Entfernung. Viele Restaurants rund um das Hotel für spät Nachtsuche.

GGuest UserIch machte vor 2 Wochen Reservierungen. Ich habe heute angerufen. Sie sagten, ich könnte nie wieder bei ihnen bleiben. So habe ich Hotels gewählt, wo ich Buchung gemacht habe. Sie riefen Hotels, um einen Grund zu bekommen. Der Manager sagte ihnen, ich sei verrückt. Er hat gelogen. Das Hotel der Wahl glaubt mir. Ich habe drei Stunden gerufen. Aber das Wahlhotel fand mir im letzten Moment ein anderes Hotel. Die Leute, die Econolog in Marietta laufen, kommen aus einem anderen Land. Sie sind wie Schmutz. Sie bleiben nie hier. Sie werden sich an dich richten. Sie beobachten jede Bewegung, die Sie machen. Mein Sohn ist psychisch gefährdet, sie haben ihn schrecklich behandelt. Choice Hotel ist sehr beunruhigt, wie sie mich und meinen Sohn behandelt haben. Ich bin ein Diamantmitglied. Bitte bleiben Sie nicht hier. Ihre ganze Familie wohnt hier im Hotel und sie sehen Sie wie ein Hawk.

GGuest UserDas Hotel war sauber und bequem, aber die Badezimmertür war nicht ganz geschlossen. Jedes Mal musste jemand das Badezimmer nutzen, jeder musste das Zimmer verlassen. Einer der Fenster wurde ausgebockt, statt es zu befestigen, sie legten Plexiglas über sie und gleitete die Kante zum anderen Fenster, wodurch die Spitze des Plexiglass offen blieb. Frühstück war definitiv auch nicht gut.
