Small boutique hotel with individual apartments. We had the queen suite and it was very comfortable and clean. Be sure to ask the proprietors about the video showing how it was redone. Bitterly cold during our visit but room was heated up adequately with room ac and electric space heater. Great location across from the court house.

The lodging was great! The bedroom was huge as was the kitchen/living area! This was much bigger and much cooler than many of the apartments I have lived in. We very much enjoyed lounging around our comfortable room and the beautiful grounds. Lots of places outside to sit & enjoy the day. Check in and out was simple! Location was perfect with lots of great places within walking distance. Great communication with the owner! One of the best and most cooly eclectic places I have ever stayed! We will definitely be back!

We loved a room and all the comforts we needed were there- the location is perfect- it’s quiet and the grounds are beautiful- we loved our visit with Clark who owns the Lincoln - It did not disappoint There are little courtyards and small table and chairs for out door relaxing- Plants and flowers add touches that welcome guests .

Well located, clean, comfortable. A fine choice if you are visiting Marfa and want a reasonably priced place to stay. We arrived late and left early and didn't have the opportunity to look around much so don't have much more to say, other than if I went back to Marfa, I'd consider staying there again.

Fun, clean, funky, and perfect for a stay in Marfa. The space was plenty big for me and my cats. The kitchen was great to keep my goodies from my cross-country trip cold in the fridge, and the coffee was appreciated. Loved my stay! Great location in Marfa. (If you're a Taylor Swift fan, the Yellow Telephone is right out front), Plenty of available street parking.

We stayed at the Mary Todd House and it was the perfect place to feel at home. The decor was thoughtful with a sure knowledge of interior design. At the same time, the bathrooms and kitchen were nicely renovated and generously supplied with everything you need. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and all was calm and peaceful on the outside. I highly recommend spending time in Marfa at the Mary Todd House.

My boyfriend and I stayed in building 9, the renovated bomb shelter, and it was perfect! The space is fun and unique, and remodels allowed for all lodging necessitates. With it being located downtown you can walk to the majority of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. The communal spaces like the firepits also allow for great conversation and for you to make some friends on your trip! We actually ended up running into the owners there on our way to dinner and they could not be nicer. Being in the hospitality business, I am aware of the standards and expectations and The Lincoln surpassed them all! Thank y'all ＜3

The Lincoln is a charming and delightful place to spend a couple of nights while exploring the art and food of Marfa. It's not a traditional hotel, more of guest suits/cottages, all units have well equiped kitchens which we loved having. Every unit is different, and the two we had worked well for us. The owners live on site, and easily reachable if there are any issues. The outside spaces are almost, but not quite, better than the units with pleanty of spots for morning coffee, afternoon wine and snacks etc. It was too cool to take advantage of the dipping pool, but it was a lovely feature regardless. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location in downtown Marfa. This is a compilation of small homes. We rented the Mary Todd house which was AMAZING!! We’ve stayed at many many an Airbnb and VRBO over the years and I’d rate this one at the very top. Only wish we had stayed more than one night. Beautiful appointed home from very early 1900’s that has been beautifully redone with an amazing kitchen. All was very comfortable and we walked all over from here. Would absolutely return.
