First of all, Italian 3* hotels are usually at 2* quality for most of us traveling the world. A great number of them are actually dungeons where they leave you starving when serving so-called breakfast and dinner, have receptionists / staff that are rude / don't know languages, and have owners neglecting the most common hotel standards and their property. Hotel Morfeo is quite opposed to that. A warm welcome from the receptionist Franchesca and her daily effort to indoldge you everywhere she can; friendly manager Cristian doing the same; night receptionist Gora; kitchen chef and F&B crew welcoming you with a honest smile every time. Interior is not expensive but arranged with imagination, rooms look bright and clean, the buffet is not huge but well planned to fulfill every need, food is tasty, wifi works in every part of the hotel and doesn't choke when all the guests login to it, the beach is a couple of minutes away, the climate works, the prices of drinks are fair—everything that you usually can't say when describing an Italian 3-star hotel. I am still here for my 4th day with a group of students, and it feels natural and good in every aspect. The only little complaint that I could mention is that madrasses could be better, but you don't see it as a problem when you have everything else covered. Not a luxury but a relaxed place that offers great value for money. Needy travelers, don't you ever come here and ruin it :)
