Das Hotel ist für 2 Nächte geöffnet und die Gesamtqualität ist gut, ein Hilton-Standard. Lage und Aussicht ist großartig. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfreich und versuchen, Ihre glückliche Zeit während des Aufenthalts zu maximieren. Das Bett war komfortabel und das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Und dann das Personal: Alle - ob es auf dem Vorderbüro, das Essensbereich oder Ihr Haushalterpersonal sind wirklich fabulös, freundlich und wird immer versuchen, Ihren Aufenthalt einfach großartig zu machen. Wir fühlten uns so willkommen. Danke Hilton!

Unser Aufenthalt im Mirsoum Hotel war perfekt. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Altstadt, in der Nähe aller Geschäfte und Orte der Stadt. Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße, was es ruhig macht (beachten Sie, dass zum Zugang einige Meter zu Fuß und Treppen zu steigen sind) Wir haben in einem Zimmer geschlafen, das wunderschön, groß und sehr sauber ist. (Suite-Zimmer / 101) Das Mirsoum-Team ist sehr freundlich, hat uns mit unserem Gepäck geholfen, uns beim Einkaufen und Besuchen beraten. Hakke spricht Englisch und war für alle unsere Bedürfnisse sehr verfügbar. Er stellte uns einen Fahrer Mohamed vor, um Orte außerhalb der Stadt zu besuchen, guter Kerl, wir haben eine gute Zeit mit ihm verbracht. Bei Bedarf zögert ein Fahrer nicht, Mohamed zu treffen. (Türkischer Sprecher, aber Google Übersetzer ist unser Freund :)) Und zum Schluss war das Frühstück wunderbar, das bessere Frühstück, das wir während unseres Aufenthalts eingenommen haben (Wir haben 6 verschiedene Hotels gemacht.) Wir haben nur eine Nacht in Mirsoun geschlafen, es war eine Überraschung und ein Geschenk meines Mannes für unser 4. Hochzeitsjahr. Perfektes Geschenk.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful mansion and words alone cannot express our experience. A truely unforgettable one. The attention to detail, cleanliness, spotless bathroom, presentation of rooms, delicious cuisine, and the most kindest and considerate staff I have come across in Turkey. Genuine hospitality like we have never experienced before. Our needs were met in every way and beyond, right down to organising a private driver to tour us, taking us to all the places we wanted to visit in our short stay. Honestly there is no way this could have been achieved without your help and effort. I am most greatful for having crossed paths with you all, Mr Mahmut Bey, Mr Servet Bey, Mrs Dilber Hanim and our most attentive Mr Bulent Bey who served us breakfast every morning and made us feel so special as well as the chef and cleaning staff… and heartfelt thanks to Mr Kiasim Bey for driving us and showing us all around Mardin and Midyat. Thank You for everything you all did for us, it was very much appreciated! Our holiday in Turkey this time was 2 months long visiting many different locations and places, all the way from Australia. Mardin however was something else, and really stood out amongst the rest. If you are looking for a historical & culturally rich experience please don’t bypass this place, but especially don’t overlook this mansion. I must add that we dined in the hotel restaurant one evening and the the food was like nothing we have experienced during our times in Turkey. This was definitely on another level. Absolutely delicious, using the finest of products and quality that is truely unsurpassed . After your stay, I can assure you, you will not leave disappointed but feeling overwhelmed by the beauty and charm of this place. I personally was left emotional and humbled by the history of this place, the heartfelt hospitality and the kindness of each and every staff member. Nichts zu beanstanden; Lage top, Frühstück top, personal top... Einziger Tip: versucht nicht der Navigation zu folgen und vor die Tür des Hotels zu fahren! - das wird nicht möglich sein. Wenn in Mardin angekommen seid, Hotel anfuren und Treffpunkt ausmachen... Das Hotel ist ein absolutes Schmuckstück...

We went to Mardin for Bayram holiday with my family and had the best experience. First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff Erdem, Zozan, Zeyni, and Hasan. The experience was like my home away from home. The hotel was beautiful, a little on the expensive side but I think it was due to the local Bayram holiday in Turkey. The rooms were beautiful, clean and cozy. The hotel felt like staying at a historic mansion. The breakfast was delicious and the staff treated us like their own family. Mardin stole our hearts... . It's amazing place full of history, culture,delicious food and the nicest friendliest people I have ever met in my life..... we all absolutely loved it there and the hotel was the icing on top. I will definitely stay here next time.

Es ging schon los mit dem offenen und herzlichen Empfang/Check-in durch Simge, Başak und Berivan. Auch bedanke mich ganz herzlich bei allen Servicekräften, die immer flink zuvorkommend und freundlich waren, speziell bei kat şefi Fa**a, Zinnet, Halime, Mehmet Kasım, Umut, İzettin und Orhan.
