Und dann das Personal: Alle - ob es auf dem Vorderbüro, das Essensbereich oder Ihr Haushalterpersonal sind wirklich fabulös, freundlich und wird immer versuchen, Ihren Aufenthalt einfach großartig zu machen. We had a wonderful stay at Maridin Hotel on our mum-daughter trip to Mardin which was to celebrate my daughter's graduation and my birthday. The reason I wanted to stay here was it's location on the less crowded side of the street 1 and beautiful pictures/videos on instagram (pictures don't do justice to it's actual beauty and feel) Thanks to everyone who work here, their welcome and hospitality made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Their enthusiasm and attentiveness deserve a payrise! We reached there just before midnight our airport transfer was arranged by the hotel, check in was swift and bags were taken to our room straight away, we stayed in a standard twin room, (Mum-daughter) the room is spacious, everything was impeccably clean, spacious shower room, hot showers anytime, the bed was comfortable so, (slept like a baby- or more like their sleep deprived mum!) AC worked well, good soundproofing, no noise from outside or any other disturbance, blackout curtains, the room was cleaned daily everything was perfect (everything was impeccably clean, ignore all the old reviews) Breakfast was served in a courtyard, fresh and delicious regional food presented beautifully by Husayn and Merve. I would like to thank everyone, some of the names I saved are Ahmed, Gokhan, Mehmet, Seda, Merve, Husayn, Bahar, Savaş, two similar looking brothers, the guy who came up to help with window and most of all Firat, who replied to any questions I had regarding booking and had our transfer arraged at a reasonable price which was my main concern as the ones I found online quoted ridiculous amount. The First (and lasting) impressions of the building. This hotel is not just an average renovation of any old building it's a masterpiece of restoration (everyone involved- ellinize sağlik) the doors, the keys, (impressive keys) antique furniture, interesting artwork display and the ceilings, stairs, courtyard, terrace, all adds to it's palatial grandeur. Views from the terrace are so captivating I didn't want to go anywhere else! if there was a swing on the terrace I would have spent most of my time there! (Maybe next time) No faults found, everything was excellent.

We went to Mardin for Bayram holiday with my family and had the best experience. First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff Erdem, Zozan, Zeyni, and Hasan. The experience was like my home away from home. The hotel was beautiful, a little on the expensive side but I think it was due to the local Bayram holiday in Turkey. The rooms were beautiful, clean and cozy. The hotel felt like staying at a historic mansion. The breakfast was delicious and the staff treated us like their own family. Mardin stole our hearts... . It's amazing place full of history, culture,delicious food and the nicest friendliest people I have ever met in my life..... we all absolutely loved it there and the hotel was the icing on top. I will definitely stay here next time.

Unser Aufenthalt im Mirsoum Hotel war perfekt. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Altstadt, in der Nähe aller Geschäfte und Orte der Stadt. Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße, was es ruhig macht (beachten Sie, dass zum Zugang einige Meter zu Fuß und Treppen zu steigen sind) Wir haben in einem Zimmer geschlafen, das wunderschön, groß und sehr sauber ist. (Suite-Zimmer / 101) Das Mirsoum-Team ist sehr freundlich, hat uns mit unserem Gepäck geholfen, uns beim Einkaufen und Besuchen beraten. Hakke spricht Englisch und war für alle unsere Bedürfnisse sehr verfügbar. Er stellte uns einen Fahrer Mohamed vor, um Orte außerhalb der Stadt zu besuchen, guter Kerl, wir haben eine gute Zeit mit ihm verbracht. Bei Bedarf zögert ein Fahrer nicht, Mohamed zu treffen. (Türkischer Sprecher, aber Google Übersetzer ist unser Freund :)) Und zum Schluss war das Frühstück wunderbar, das bessere Frühstück, das wir während unseres Aufenthalts eingenommen haben (Wir haben 6 verschiedene Hotels gemacht.) Wir haben nur eine Nacht in Mirsoun geschlafen, es war eine Überraschung und ein Geschenk meines Mannes für unser 4. Hochzeitsjahr. Perfektes Geschenk.
