Key West style home, fully equipped 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms including the in-law downstairs by the pool. Large, elegant, hard wood dining table that accommodates 10 pp. The house has a heated pool, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, and a deck where you can dock a boat, feed the fish, or just enjoy the Florida sun all day. If you are lucky, you may be able to see dolphins or manatees from the house.
Located in Marco Island, Naples, Florida, 1 1/2 hour from Miami Int’l Airport Marco which has many more flight options than other airports.
The boat access is terrific with a beautiful ride through Robert's Bay on your way out to the Gulf of Mexico. The house has a prime location, only 10 minutes from the wonderful Marco Island beach either by boat or car.
The in-law apartment on the ground floor by the pool has a queen bed, remodeled full bathroom and kitchenette and is ideal for seniors, teens or just those who want to avoid the stairs to the main living area on the first floor.
All bed sheets and pillowcases, pillows, and towels are brand-new and of great quality. Mattresses are new, memory foam and very comfortable.

Great property for families
We stayed with children ages 7-15 and there was tons to do for everyone. The pool was amazing for family time. A short 5 minute drive to the beach was perfect. The house was equipped with everything that we needed including beach chairs and coolers. The kids enjoyed the bikes riding around the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Spring Break
My family, including my elderly parents and my 14 year old son, enjoyed our stay on Marco at this property immensely. The entire process was seamless and the description of the property was very accurate. All items in the house were up to date and well kept. The access was simple, the house spacious, and everything worked well. Any questions Aymee and Abel were responsive and clear. We brought a small boat that we were able to keep in the garage when not using. We all spread out and the layout was friendly even for my parents who struggle with lots of steps. We enjoyed our time and would return in the future!

Paradise

Family Vacation 2024
For starters absolutely beautiful property. Property managers were super sweet & even gave us complimentary early check in since my mom is on oxygen. Plenty of room in the house with a seperate downstairs apartment for those not wanting to use the stairs to the main house. We had kids from 6-11 & they enjoyed every minute. All the kids loved the pool area but my boys could hardly be bothered to stop fishing from the dock. Home is everything we wanted & more. The city rules are strict with parking but its honestly the reason the town is absolutely beautiful & we made it work with no problems. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here.

Great For Families
This property was exactly as described. Very spacious. Favorite things were the outdoor grilling, pool and dock area (even saw a dolphin and sting ray). Kids enjoyed movie nights on the large sectional and large tv. Our teen boys rode bikes in the mornings just up the road to the YMCA for a family day pass to shoot hoops and workout. Everything in Marco was easily accessible. We rented a boat from Rose Marine which was a blast! Highly recommend this property and area!
