HC6 Boutique Marbella - Adults Only

Just don’t stay here. Why? Because when you arrive you may be taken to another poorer quality hotel. You will will be appalled by the quality of the room at the other hotel. You will need to cancel the whole booking and find a new hotel. Well that’s what happened to us. We arrived at HC6 at 4pm on Friday 13th October 2023. Yes that date! The door was locked and no one around. We called a number on the front door. A lady answered and said she would be 5 mins. Not great but fair enough. When she did arrive she told us our room was round the corner. Alarm bells started to ring at that. We have stayed in a remote room once before so gave her the benefit of the doubt. We were taken to a different nearby but 1 star hotel. After much stair climbing with heavy bags in the other hotel we were shown a very poor quality room with a prison thickness mattress . We finally realised we had simply been conned. The room was booked via ********** 2 months before. HC6 had double booked us and rather than being truthful this was their proposed solution. The whole thing was a fiasco. We canceled the whole booking at 5pm and set off to find an alternative ourselves. Fortunately we are fit people who had good smart phones etc so could deal with this. We should not have had to. We got no help whatsoever from **********. Fortunately there was one room left at the Laciudadela hotel which turned out to be excellent As I said. Do not even think of booking HC6. I will also be very wary of using ********** in future as it provides no assistance
