"Dies ist ein schönes, sauberes Hotel mit einem schönen Pool. Das Frühstück ist mehr als akzeptabel. Das einzige Problem ist, dass in diesem Hotel eine beträchtliche Anzahl von Bauarbeitern untergebracht ist, die morgens um 5:15 Uhr aufstehen und arbeiten. Das Problem dabei ist, dass die Türen dieser Zimmer und die Ausgangstüren so heftig zuschlagen, dass man ab 5:15 Uhr nicht mehr schlafen kann. Vermeiden Sie die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und die Zimmer im Süden des Hauptgebäudes."

"Das Bonefish Bay Motel war eine sehr angenehme Überraschung. Das Zimmer war groß, komfortabel sehr sauber. Wir kamen bei 7PM und das Büro wurde geschlossen, aber der Schlüssel war für uns hinterlassen. Als ich am nächsten Morgen bereit war, zu verlassen. Das Büro wurde geöffnet, als ich eine Notiz hinterließ, die sagte, ich würde später Papierarbeiten abschließen. Das Personal machte alles, um unseren Bedürfnissen gerecht zu werden. Die Betten waren komfortabel. Die Einrichtungen waren ein wenig zerstreut mit einem Mindestmaß an allem, aber es war ein sehr angenehmer Ort und ein sehr angenehmes Aufenthalt"

The villa comes with two parking spaces directly in front of the unit.
Boat and trailer parking are available on the property but have to be reserved separately through Hawks Cay Resort reservation department. A boat launch is also available on the resort property but has to be arranged independently through Hawks Cay Resort. Boat slips on the resort property can be rented separately through Hawks Cay Resort while staying at the villa. Duck Key Marina and Grassy Key Marina are also very close to the property and offer boat slip rentals, boat and trailer storage, and boat launches.

A kitchen with island is provided for any cooking connoisseur or a guest who wants to stay at home and cook when they want to experiment. Our large open kitchen/dining/living room concept allows all of our guests to be able to talk about your fun day, who caught the biggest….or smallest fish during your open water experience or who saw the most abundant and vibrant colored fish while snorkeling or diving!
Off the living room area is a very comfortable outside balcony that allows you to sit, relax and view the lower-level pool or dock area and provides added seating for company if you let them in on your secret place, you may not want company and enjoy our home all to yourself!!

Our bedrooms are beautifully decorated in Coastal décor that allows you to soak in the “Keys Living” concept and we hope you never want to leave, just like us! The Master bedroom consists of a comfortable King bed, dresser, tv, large walk-in closet and bathroom suite for any couple who likes plenty of room while getting ready for the day! This bedroom is located just off the living room area and away from the other 3 bedrooms for added privacy and offers a small private balcony to view the lower-level outdoor area, great for a morning cup of coffee to soak in the day before the rest of the family wakes up. Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable Queen bed, dresser, tv, large closet and a private bathroom with shower tub. Bedrooms 3 and 4 offer a comfortable Queen bed, dresser in each bedroom, tv, closet and share a bathroom with tub/shower just off the hallway. We do offer 2 twin air beds that are in the Master closet for those who don’t like to share a bed and want that extra little bit of room, these can fit into any of the 4 bedrooms. All beds are made upon your arrival and towels are provided in each bathroom for our guests. An extra set of sheets is provided for the twin beds as well. We provide beach towels for up to 10 guests at our home.
The outside area is equipped with a smart tv to watch the games or a good chic flic while grilling your fresh catch of the day or lobster and shrimp isn’t a bad meal on the grill! We provide seating for our guests with new lounge chairs around the pool area to enjoy a little Vitamin D and Sea while reading a good book, closing your eyes to listen to the birds or just to lounge while watching the kids in the pool. Who doesn’t adore a nice ice machine for fishing or boating, refilling your glass while sitting at the pool or beach lounging with a cooler and we also provide a small frig that can be stocked up with your favorite beverage of choice while outside. The pool is nothing shy stunning and comfortable with optional pool heat during the cooler season.
Our dock can accommodate a boat up to 36 ft. with a fish cleaning table and lights and bait freezer for the avid fishing person. 3 Single person kayaks with vests/paddles are provided on our property along with 5 bikes for those who like to venture out on the water, or the many amazing trails Marathon has to offer.

See the sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico form your balcony. Enjoy the endless open water views at this quiet, cul-de-sac location, yet only minutes from shopping and restaurants.
This vintage decorated, two bedroom, two-bath waterfront home has a view of the water from every room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a futon (full size). The grand room has a queen sofa bed as well.
Nature protected beach-like bay access, allows for easy launching of kayaks/paddle boards. Paddle 100 yards and you will be in a popular snorkeling spot where Captain Hooks and other professional-snorkeling tour companies take their clients. Paddle 200 yards and you will be landing on the inhabited Shands Key. You could even walk there since the water depth from the house's backyard to the shore of the Shands Key is about 3-5 feet.
Amenities include all the comforts of home. Central air with ceiling fans in every room. Washer and dryer. All linens are included.
Fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, electric range/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster. All cooking utensils along with even a large fish steamer pot are provided.
Flat screen smart TV (Netflix, Hulu loaded), WIFI, wireless phone service with free long distance calls to Canada and US all included.
Plenty of off street parking including covered parking is available. Two newer and two older sea kayaks and snorkeling equipment ready for you. Two bicycles provided as well.
