Wir fühlten uns wie in der Familie aufgenommen. Der Besitzer hat uns zur Ankunft direkt eine Kokosnuss von der Palme geflückt und zum trinken angeboten. An einem Morgen wurden wir mit zum Fischmarkt genommen wo er uns alles zeigte und erklärte. Das Frühstück und Abendessen wurde am Strand nach unseren Wünschen serviert. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach aber es ist alles notwendige vorhanden und die Lage entschädigt für alles. Alles in allem einfach sehr zu empfehlen wenn *** ein paar Tage am Strand entspannen möchte

Gepflegtes Grundstück, und Haus. Gastgeber u. Familie waren sehr herzlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Zimmer wurden regelmäßig gesäubert, so auch Wäschewechsel. Wir hatten das kleinste Zimmer - haben aber die Terrasse davor zu unserem Zimmer gemacht. Dort konnten wir ungestört den ganzen Tag sitzen und aufs Meer gucken oder bloggen (WLan ausgezeichnete Verbindung). Die anderen Zimmer haben a/c. Uns reichte der Decken fen und Mückenstecker. *** konnte sich den Essenstisch direkt am Strand herrichten lassen. Frühstück inkl.! Ausreichend süßes und deftiges Continental. Abendessen wird dort auch frisch gekocht - hauptsächlich indische seafood Gerichte (nicht inkl.). Umgebung: Es ist allerdings nicht direkt an einer Straße. *** muss ca. 2 Minuten über den Strand. Das Gepäck wird jedoch mit Trolli vom Personal befördert. Hierduch ist der Ort aber auch sehr exklusiv. Dadurch, dass es insges. nur 4 Zimmer gibt, sind auch nur wenige Menschen dort, mit denen *** das Paradies teilen muss ;) Genau das Richtige für den Wunsch nach Abgeschiedenheit. *** kommt nach 15 Min Fußmarsch zur Hauptstraße auch gut mit dem local Bus nach Allapuzah zum Boot fahren. Oder mit dem Rickshaw zur Ayureveda Massage oder Eck restaurant/Lebensmittelgeschäft/Konditorei.

Tolle Unterkunft. Strand, Essen, Personal, Zimmer...sehr angenehm. Ein Sehnsuchtsort! Der sehr nette Besitzer hat ein kleines Restaurant am Strand eröffnet. *** sitzt im Freien und das Essen ist lecker.

Property located right on the clean beach with a stunning everyday sunsets. Surrounded by lush jungles Sea Lap Homestay brings loads of stuff love and pleasant moments. Enjoy breakfast/lunch/dinner “al fresco”, but be aware of ravens, watch you food 😂

Lovely family run home stay. Paradise on the beachfront with never ending hospitality. Great food and super clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect daily holiday if you are looking for tranquility, lazy days, no stress and perfect attentive and generous hosts.

We spent 5 days as a family with 5 persons at Marari Sea Lap Beach Villas as part of our South India Round Trip. What we looked for: - prefer contact to local people, food, culture and nature rather than "Tourist Lifestyle" which is always top priority for all our vacations - family friendly location What we got: - excatly this :-) - we can recommend this great location to people who are looking for this way of holidays and enjoy what makes it unique: 1) The great and nice owner of this location which is family driven and authentic. 2) Food is very good and typical Indian style. 3) The location which is embedded into the nice, wide and not crowded Beach with direct neighbourhood to the sea. The nature which you will be part of and you can enjoy in its purest beautiful manner. It is proper/clean and has anything you need to stay inside - however: living is outside :-) Negative things? - for us actually none... but what people might miss is the availability of alternative offerings like discos, restaurants and other facilities like shopping opportunities...there is always a chance to book a Taxi etc. to reach those destinations. Again-we can really underline all those positive results already posted here and would definetly choose this location again! Thanks Andoop Augustine and Family for your hospitality!

We did not stay at Sea Lap but we went for dinner. I can't over state how delicious this food is. Very highly recommended in a rustic beautiful setting on the beach. The curry is fantastic. Service is relaxed and slow but that is the pace of life here.

Nothing wow in this place…its like the numerous other resorts which are nearby. But yes , the beach is right there….a clean beach , a neat beach and the sand is good. Though google will say that there is a road which leads to this place….its completely wrong…You have to park your vehicle some 150 mts away and walk through the sand to reach the villa. If u land in the noon…u will have a tough time negotiating the stretch…better to keep dancing 😉 Food is OK , we also have an option to get it from outside. The owner and family also resides nearby and they do the cooking . So food which is made to order takes its own sweet time to get prepared. The place is frequented by many foreign travellers as they spend weeks in this place …cooling their heels , lapping up the tan , eating sea food and enjoying Gods’s Own country’s beaches… Rooms are quite spacious , but the washrooms are small….they cud have done some change on this … Good experience…recommended for a one time visit
