Sehr freundliches Personal, nettes Hotel mit Garten und Pool. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und Essen für Lunch sowie Dinner ist im Restaurant möglich. Der Strand ist wunderbar! Ganz in der Nähe ist ein etwas belebteren Strand mit Bars, dorthin kommt *** problemlos zu Fuß oder mit dem Tuktuk. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Boutique-Hotel am Rande der Backwaters. Es gibt nur wenige Zimmer (11) und daher wenig Gedränge, auch wenn das Hotel voll ist. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet und ausschließlich hausgemacht mit frischen Zutaten. Es ist ratsam, Ihr Menü vor dem Essen auszuwählen, damit es fertig ist, wenn Sie sich an den Tisch setzen: Hausmannskost braucht etwas Zeit. Schöner, nicht überfüllter Strand 300 m entfernt (oder 10 Minuten mit dem Kanu). Ayurveda-Zentrum 5 Minuten mit dem Tuktuk entfernt, was einen Umweg wert ist (fragen Sie an der Rezeption). Eine besondere Erwähnung gilt dem zahlreichen Personal (insgesamt 20 Personen für maximal 23 Gäste!), das in allen Kategorien aufmerksam und aufmerksam ist, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Immer ein Lächeln, ein Gruß oder ein kleiner Satz, der den Tag schöner macht. Eine dieser Adressen, zu denen wir mit schönen Erinnerungen zurückkehren.

Schönes Hotel; geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Originales Badezimmer mit teilweise offenem Dach. Sauberes und sehr angenehmes Schwimmbad. Schöne Aussicht auf einen Fluss, von dem aus *** mit Booten zum Strand gelangen kann. Fahrradverleih auch. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

We spent a relaxing few days at this delightful hotel which has large rooms and bathrooms and is in a beautiful setting. The spa provided excellent and good value massages. Deserving of special mention is all the hotel staff who, without exception, did everything they could to provide an excellent service. The food in the restaurant was well prepared and good value - the service led by Aneesh was friendly and efficient. All the staff on reception were fantastic and made our stay very special. It happened to be my birthday and I was presented with beautiful flowers and a lovely cake.

The rooms and en suite bathrooms are spacious.. What sets Flamingo Marari apart though is the staff. They were all excellent, very helpful, courteous and friendly. I'd particularly like to mention front of house: Sharon, Ashwin and Jency and the maitre d' Aneesh. All well versed in meeting a guest's needs. Thank you to all.

A friend and I have just spent 5 nights in this magical setting. Being greeted by the warmth of Charun and being shown round the property by him made me feel instantly welcome and at home. Then at dinner I met Aneesh another member of the team who looked after us and helped us to choose many of the delicious dishes on the menu. The cuisine is outstanding particularly the fresh fish and prawns. The breakfast buffet never disappoints. All the staff were very helpful and greeted you with smiles. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the peace and tranquility in such a natural environment. If this is what you are looking for then I can thoroughly recommend The Flamingo Marari Boutique Villa.

We stayed here for two nights because we were looking for an Ayurvedic hotel on the beach. After two weeks of touring northern India, we were ready for a relaxing time in nature. While this is not directly on the beach, it is a seven-minute canoe ride, or a ten minute walk to a beach, that had at most five people on it at any given time. Most of the times t there were just the two of us! We loved bouncing in the 84 degree swells! We had three days of treatments at the spa, which is adjacent to the property, about 40 steps from the dining area. The massages were wonderful, and it was a treat only have to book about a day ahead. The property, though small, is beautifully designed and quiet. The breakfast was fine, and the dinners were quite good. It is a long way for me to come, but I can definitely see myself coming back again!

From the minute you arrive until you do not want to leave(seriously) it’s a place of peace & tranquility with easy access to everything a few steps from your room. The pool is warm & inviting & food gorgeous. The Club Sandwich at lunch if you can finish it(ideal for two) is all you need. Plenty of loungers & canoe to the beach are all included. Need a drink fresh juices & sodas served with a smile. The beach has warm soft sand so inviting & the sea is calling for you to swim. Fishermen are all around you on this stretch of coast & you may see them doing that in early morning or fixing their nets. Though there are dogs they are of the peaceful variety. Sunning & playing😊. If you have a day, few nights, a week or two you will come home so calm & refreshed the memories will last & last

We absolutely loved our stay in our spacious and comfortable courtyard room in this beautiful small hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful; Sharon at the front desk, the restaurant staff and the women who kept the rooms and the grounds beautifully clean and tidy. We had all our meals at the hotel - breakfast, lunch and dinner - and enjoyed everything! The canoe ride to the beach in the early morning was a highlight for us. It was so peaceful and we loved watching the kingfishers, egrets, cormorants and herons. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach on a path through the woods and then you can walk for miles on soft sand ***** a palm fringed beach.
