Direkt am Mara River gelegen ist dieses Camp nicht nur von der Lage sondern auch mit dem extravaganten und zu vorkommenden Service etwas ganz besonderes. Nur 14 Zelte und um jeden Gast ist man ganz besonders bemüht. Viele kleine und grosse Gesten haben diesen Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem gemacht. Und die Lage mitten in der Masai Mara ist genial. Die Frühpirsch ist so gleich ohne lange Fahrt von Erfolg gekrönt. Danke an Josef unseren Fahrer - wirklich einzig artig! Das Frühstück als Picknick mitten in der Mara hat gleich doppelt so gut geschmeckt. Im übrigen wird Wasser kostenfrei angeboten. Gleich zu Beginn werden Wünsche und Besonderheiten bzgl. Essen abgefragt so das keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Danke an das ganze Team, den Aufenthalt können wir sehr empfehlen!

Mitten im Nationalpark direkt am Fluss ist diese Lodge gebaut. Die Zelte sind top eingerichtet und man ist mit der Natur verbunden. Nachts darf man nicht alleine das Zelt verlassen, das die Flusspferde dann alle unterwegs sind. Es gab einmal auch ein Abendessen direkt am Fluss bei den Krokodilen und Flusspferden. Das Personal war so freundlich und lieb! Das Essen war super! Selten so gut gegessen

Sehr nette Unterkunft , mitten im Park. Excellenter Service , jederzeit wieder . Die Zelte sind sehr groß und sehr nett eingerichtet . Das Essen sehr schmackhaft und immer ausreichend . Ich empfehle die Morning Tour mit Breakfast unterwegs

Food are delicious, especially their soups. The staff organized a mini-celebration for my son’s birthday. Service is great! Everyone is friendly. We can see hippos and crocodiles across the river. Tents are in newly-like condition. Good stay!

I was there in July 2024, the hotel, staff, stay and food were amazing. They provided special Indian food also. This facility is also good for Honeymoon couples. All the tent houses are perfect and have good space. I highly recommend the Mare Eden. Thank you Mare Eden for making my trip memorable. My parents from India had a lot of fun there they enjoyed every moment. I hope my next trip is soon with you. Thank you again.

Avoid if you care about sanitation. When we got to the tent the staff poured water from a jug that was next to the sink into the toilet. Then they flushed it but that didn't work - when we looked in the toilet there was literal poo in it. GM was extremely rude and aggressive when we pointed out the issue; accused us of lying. Would never recommend this place.

The arrival at the Mara Eden was very warm and at the same time an absolute adventure. In the middle of the bush without fences with a background noise that knows no equal. We were the only guests in the camp for 2 nights (low season) and it was one of our highlights in Kenya. Being so close to the animals is indescribable. The view from the tent is unique. We were enchanted with fantastic food and very good service. I have to come back and I can only recommend it! Be sure to rename yourselves to Mara Eden Hippo Camp! Because the hippos are almost in the tent. You hear them everywhere. We didn't know that before we arrived.

Mara Eden Safari Lodge you are amazing! The staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming. The tents are spacious, beautiful and just perfect. My guide was amazing and we shared many sightings that were just incredible, the kind of sightings you see on Nat Geo Wild. So thank you.

Let's start with masai mara . It's a heaven on earth . A must visit at least once . It's like a lion king movie come alive before you. The animals in their natural habitat are far more majestic than seen in any zoo . The clear skies , lush green meadows , the mara river ... It's all like paradise. The majestic lion The real king , The smaller but beautiful cheetahs, The large but so quiet and calm elephants , The most amazing animals The giraffe, The wicked hyenas, The Happy hippos, The cunning crocodiles and the cute zebras . It's all their and much more. And if u go to masai stay at mara eden . It's just next to the mara river and u can actually hear the gushing river and the hippos from ur tent . The tents are very comfortable. The staff is amazing. Especially John who works so hard to make the guests comfortable . They pack delicious bfast and serve lunch and dinner with warmth . A special mention of Mike the gate keeper who was so ever smiling and welcoming that it would make anyone cheer up . Our kids loved him . So masai mara should surely be in ones bucket list and mara eden should be your camp site . Our tour guide was beyond wild by mihir and Camila. Our driver cum guide was tony who was amazing. So mara mara , hakuna Matata
