Das Hotel war schön komfortabel, der Typ an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist entscheidend, wenn Sie im geschäftigen Treiben der Innenstadt sein möchten. Die einzige schlechte Erfahrung war, dass das Reinigungspersonal meine Sachen durchsuchte und deutlich machte, dass jemand nach Bargeld suchte, da mein Pass nicht mitgenommen wurde. Wenn das Management dies also mit dem Reinigungsteam besprechen kann.

非常不建議入住，設施衞生都差的要死，而且服務很不好，床上面都有蟲子，而且味道很重，不建議中國人入住，他們這不太好，可以説是我住過的最差的酒店旅館了

The communication with the hotel was not good at all. We booked it last minute because of the airport shuttle. The hotel was not willing to pick us up from the airport. The condition of the hotel was not great and it seemed like it was still under construction. The room was okay, on the smaller side compared to what I expected. The bathroom was not in a good state/condition, seemed unfinished and very small. The bedroom was also not up to standard. The linen was dirty and had various and numerous stains. My brother and I decided to sleep on top of the bed linen as it was not clean enough to sleep under the bed linen. When we went for the “breakfast”, it was in a very small room and did not look clean at all. The hygiene could have been a lot better. The cups were not clean and I noticed a few flies as well. There was no menu for breakfast and when we asked what was for breakfast, there was very little to offer.
Overall, the communication from the hotel could have been a lot better.
