"Good Experience With the room. Room was neat and Clean, however staff communication need improvement. I mean they stay silent, they should atleast great while welcoming any guest. Also during checkout staff was normal and casual .
Apart from the communication part, everything was good and best . The in house restaurant staff communication was excellent and familiar in comparison to reception staff.
Clean Washroom , Clean Room .

"The location is convinent. Easy for traveling. But the property is not maintained. Only two people ( assistant) manage entire operation. Water heater is not available. Came to know that it got faulty two days back. They arranged heating coil for warm water for bath. There is scope for improvement in service. Intercom not available. Tv subscription expired. Lot of things to work. Thanks"

"The location, ambience and facilities are very good as value for money. Staff were very well behaved and cordial. There are plenty of parking but it could be made proper. Eye hole could be provided on doors. Floor carpeting could be an option. Dining at room for 2 person require slightly bigger table and one additional chair."

"Everything was fine. We had booked a non ac room since most of the time we would be traveling. The stay was pleasant. The only probs was there were few mosquitoes which were annoying but otherwise it was good. They also provided with good night liquidator which helped as well. Overall it was a good stay and will certainly visit again."

"Nicht ganz geeignet für die hohen Leute, um auf der Treppe oder Aufzug zu bewegen. Die Zimmer sind viel größere als ihre Toiletten. Das Essen ist ziemlich ”gehen? Ich bevorzuge gegessenes Essen, aber ich empfehle nicht, den Koch zu bitten, es anzupassen. Das Personal ist freundlich und erfahren, sie tun ihr Bestes, um Sie zu beherbergen."

"The stay was very amazing they allowed us to do early check-in early without any hesitation. There's an ac, water heater, soap, towel, tv, bed, blanket are provided, such a nice stay. The main advantage of this stay is mapusa bus stand is very nearby so it's easy access for those who needs public bus service, also petrol pump also very near. It is very big advantage mapusa residency have. So i highly suggest to this stay for those who are beginner to goa. It is very accessible"

"We had booked Deluxe AC room for 5 nights. Rooms are good sized and clean. The location is quiet in the heart of Mapusa . We got a city view room. There are two restaurants a pure veg at the ground floor and non veg at roof top. Quality of food is excellent. We recommend their Goan fish dishes and Gadbad ice cream. Staff is very courteous. Overall very good stay. "

"Mapusa market is easily accessible from the hotel. Kevin from the front desk was extremely helpful. Cleanliness of the hotel is average. Food from the restaurant is just ok. If you book your breakfast with the booking, you will need to arrange the breakfast time with the restaurant in advance. Else it only opens at 11am in the morning. "

"Washroom was clean. So plus points for that room had weird off smell, may due to rains. But need to repaint it to get rid of smell can fix ac's. It's an old constriction. 200-300 extra charge kar, ac laga sakte hain. That's a suggestion. All the best"
