Gay Hotel Villa Roca

Great location for Manuel Antonio. Quiet boutique hotel with great views, sunsets and close to the parks and restaurants. As birders, having a canopy view was a major plus. Deluxe suite had great views, nice layout and air conditioning was great for mid-day breaks.

This is a beautiful, well located property. Rooms are large and well appointed. Front desk was super helpful with excursions and stupid questions. Pool was amazing and the drink service fantastic. Did not try the food but it looked good. I would stay here again.

Great location! Amazing view! Very clean. Bar and restaurant on property. Friendly staff, they helped us with transportation issues and restaurant recommendations. Would highly recommend! And a mini mart across the street for water, food, drinks etc.

We spent 5 nights at Villa Roca and really enjoyed our stay; the hotel gardens are basically an extension of Manuel Antonio National Park so you can spot animals at any time (monkeys, macaws, iguanas etc.), which was pretty amazing. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly. We loved having cocktails by the pool, overlooking the jungle and the ocean. What made the experience so unique is how quiet and peaceful the property is, with great ocean views, and the fabulous service we received from Albert, the restaurant manager, who hosted us every morning for breakfast. Albert is such an asset to Villa Roca, he is so attentive and informative, always smiling and happy to have a chat. The hotel is also walking distance to the village centre where you can find lots of cafés and nice restaurants.

This ocean view villa provides an ocean view from any room and much needed peace and quiet. The cleaning staff did an excellent job and the booking staff were flexible to change my dates and offered assistance finding tours. I definitely would book a stay here again since I enjoyed my full week here. Additional bonuses are the restaurant, ocean view swimming pool, and jacuzzi. Everything is kept so clean.

A comfortable older hotel that is very well located and has great staff and beautiful views. Quiet from street noise, lots of wildlife to view, nice breakfasts, beautiful pool. Walking distance to very good restaurants and convenient parking. We loved waking up to the howler monkeys!
