Comfortable hotel in the city center, close to all activities (the Renaissance hotel is 5km away). Small but comfortable rooms, clean, quiet. Hamza brightens the breakfast room with great service and nice conversation in fluent Spanish and English. Excellent terrace behind the hotel with good atmosphere and secluded. Ask for a room overlooking the terrace. Security guys can be a bit short tempered, would be good if they are more customer focused.

Bei meinem Besuch im Hotel ”El Zianiin” in Tlemcen wurde ich von seiner bemerkenswerten Architektur, die ein Museum verdient, überrascht, aber ich muss meine Enttäuschung über die angebotenen Dienstleistungen zum Ausdruck bringen. Die Zimmer sind weit entfernt von der Höhe, fehlen modern und leider nicht unterhaltsfähig. Sauberkeit ist nicht wünschenswert, mit übermäßigem Staub, das zu einer Allergiekrise bei mir führte. Als ich diese Probleme dem Empfänger berichtete, überraschte mich seine unverschämte und unverschämte Antwort. Er sagte einfach: ”He, wie ich,” ohne die Situation ernst zu nehmen. Die Deckel des Matels und die Schlepper wurden nicht geändert, was für eine Hotelanlage dieser Kategorie nicht akzeptabel ist. Im Hinblick auf die Restaurierung würde ich ihm eine Anmerkung von 6 von 10 zuteilen. Obwohl einige Gerichte akzeptabel waren, fehlten andere an Geschmack und Frische. Die vorgeschlagene Auswahl war auch begrenzt, was zu einer gewissen Monotonie bei den Mahlzeiten beigetragen hat.
