Me and my husband stayed here for our anniversary and it didn’t disappoint! It has the most friendliest staff and nothing is ever too much. We had some time in the pool area which was lovely and clean. We had food in the evening in the restaurant and wow the curry dishes were amazing that we both had highly recommend a visit here. We had a balcony with a view of the garden which was pretty. Room was lovely and clean and beds were comfy. The hotel is done out lovely and has a nice homely feel to it. Will definitely stay here again.

I was so impressed from the moment I arrived . The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the Staff are so warm and welcoming. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay . My room was lovely, the pool and spa were a real treat and the lounge with a wonderful range of sea themed books was a delight for a reader such as myself. I enjoyed my breakfasts and evening meal - absolutely delicious in Heywood Marigold which has some fantastic and impressive artwork. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so wonderful especially Anish and Isara. I was so well look after. It was a very relaxing mini break and I can’t wait to visit again.

From the minute we entered HSH the ambience was calming and very welcoming, all the staff were not the usual lip service oikes but genuine people who enjoy their workplace. The room we stayed in (205) was very nice indeed, facing the rear lawn with access to the restaurant and spa, very clean with super comfortable bed, so peaceful and quiet. The restaurant menu was really good and the breakfast choices superb and all cooked fresh to order. The owner Anish gets very involved with guests in a really genuine manner displaying service attitudes and enthusiasm that are sadly so uncommon nowadays, Aleana on the front desk was a joy and very hospitable. Would we stay there again? You bet your boots we would. Thank you Anish. Mr/Mrs D

This is a lovely hotel not one thing I didn't like. Spotless rooms modern and good size. Nice balcony. Pool area lovely and evening meal so good. Brekki very good. Table service for hot food at breakfast. Boiling hot food and great quality. It's a quiet hotel so very relaxing sitting on balcony or in courtyards by pool. Staff all lovely. I had a massage at the Spa which was so relaxing and the spa team also very lovely. I walked into tenby took me 20 mins fairly briskly to get to North Beach. Quite steep hills in and out so if you not up for that best to drive or get taxi.

We had the best stay at Heywood! Such a lovely place to stay! Staff are incredible and so kind! We had an upgrade on our room which was absolutely lovely! Room was spotless and really spacious with a patio! The spa was lovely to use and really relaxing! We had food in the restaurant which was delicious! It was my birthday while we stayed also and just the birthday wishes and brownie I got brought to me after dinner was so kind and thoughtful! Would highly recommend a stay here, lovely staff and lovely relaxed atmosphere!

As always, we have had an amazing time at our favourite hotel! The welcome we receive every time we visit is just wonderful! The Manager and all the staff are so special here, we feel totally spoilt. Every detail is designed to ensure you have an amazing and memorable experience. Our room was lovely and so comfortable, we slept so well. The food here is exceptional, a new menu featuring traditional and Welsh flavors and now also Asian dishes is so impressive! The flavours were absolutely delicious! The service is the best we've ever had. The spa is wonderful and so relaxing. If you want a relaxing and rejuvenating break where you are totally spoiled, this beautiful hotel is a must! We look forward to our next visit.

This is an amazing hotel. We felt valued from the moment we arrived. The spa was clean, and I had a wonderful full body massage and relaxing facial. The afternoon tea was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Food was incredible in the evening, with excellent service, as well as amazing breakfast on both mornings with so much choice. The staff were all so lovely, they definitely have the best people working here. We have found a gem in Tenby!

Staff were so accommodating at every step. The hotel was lovely and peaceful with a beautiful spa and restaurant. We loved the breakfasts and would definitely recommend their afternoon tea. Although it’s a bit further from the harbour, you can easily catch a bus down into town if you don’t want to drive or the hotel can arrange a taxi for only £5.
