Stayed the one night. Car park was administered by Horizon, so had to be paid on arrival at £5 a night. Check in smooth, though we couldn't check in 50 minutes early, as there is an additional charge of £15. Location good - a short walk to the sea-front and pier. I would suggest asking for a top floor room (there is a lift), as there was lumping about in the room above ours (waking us up at 7am on a Sunday morning!). Rooms are the standard Prem Inn - a couple of hairs found in the bath, otherwise all good. Breakfast was the usual buffet, though we had to wait for a few items to be replenished. Good staff

Was greeted by Bob on front of house . I found him to be very knowledgeable and most helpful. Hayley the duty manager was very professional and polite in a way that exceeded her duty. Was late for evening meal but was told the chef Mike would keep the kitchen open even after his shift had finished. In all I don't think I could ask for anything more .was made to feel so special from these 3 members of staff. Unfortunately I didn't meet the rest of the team but if the standards set by these guys are anything to go by I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone...will definitely be staying here again.

We had a room on the second floor and it was unbearably hot and really stuffy (because none of the windows open) We asked 2 members of staff to try and get the air con to actually work but apparently it’s not possible to get it below 19 degrees 🥵🥵🥵

We stay every year, 3 generations of ladies. This year has been fab. Staff great and made it fun in the evening. Big thank you to Bob front of house and Sheryl duty manager who made it so memorable this year. Very comfortable beds, good night sleep helped by the gin 🤣

Met friends for breakfast at the Premier Inn before a family get together. Breakfast was great value for money and staff were very friendly. Good location to meet as plenty of parking and very close to the sea front. Will definitely be back again

We have stayed in Premier Inns throughout the country but did not find this one up to usual standard. We had booked an accessible room due to our health conditions, Whilst on our way we were told that accessible rooms were overbooked and that we would have to have a standard room. The room itself had many faults. The bathroom door did not close fully, the main door caught on carpet so did not close automatically, the curtains were hung wrongly so did not open fully, the covering on the front of the desk was mostly missing and the lining of the desk chair was hanging down. We had no option but to stay at this hotel as we were attending a family funeral in Felixstowe the next morning.

Great friendly service from bob front of house and great food and service from Adrian the chef who was on dinner service. Bob was kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were catered. Would recommend this premier inn to anyone travelling in this area.

Love staying here with the family during the Felixstowe Dance Competition. Always made to feel really welcome with all staff especially Bob at FOH. Rooms are always comfy and clean, we have a family room and works so well. Location is perfect! Always a pleasure. Thank you

This is a great hotel, ideally situated for the beach and the port but with no noise! Nice comfortable beds, in clean and well maintained rooms. Whilst the hotel may need to refurbished, do not let that put you off, as the quality of the food and the brilliant staff make up for this. I have stopped here for over a month and the food has always be good either for breakfast or dinner. Big shout out to Meg, who has been really helpful and always offering to help. I was recommended to stay here and I am so pleased that I did try the hotel out.
