Exotic / amazingly beautiful birds visit you in the small terrace and if you are lucky you can see the ”Nevado del Ruiz” snowpeak first time in the morning. The attention from Yeny and Sandra was perfect! they really made us feel at home we couldn't be more grateful. I satyed with my parents who are over 65yo and the place was just perfect for them. You can take walks around the place and it is a paradise for Bird Watching activities, you don't have to make much effort to see great animals. Rooms were clean, comfortable, the food was very good, and the house has everything you need.

El punto fuerte del hotel definitivamente es su ubicación. Es un hotel sencillo, sin lujos, pero confortable para viajes cortos, buena relación precio-valor. Mejoras que deberían atender: Ruido en las habitaciones (las paredes son de DryWall), poner tapetes de piso en el baño, colocar espejo en el área del lavamanos, tomas de corriente que no estén tapadas por la cama (creo que pueden cambiar la distribución de la camas). Punto aparte merece la atención de Jesús, en la recepción, Excelente!!! Amable, cordial y servicial, supremamente educado. Las señoras también muy amables. Volvería.
