Great hotel for it's price. Get the Tower Wing which is newer and renovated. Can tell the staff really go the distance where they can and it's like a localized Shangri La of sorts. Just one bug bear else it would've been 5 stars all the way. The hotel seems to be really, really rigid and they have some weird policies. Me and the wife like to call in call masseurs after a long day from a reputable company in Manila (the masseurs are properly uniformed etc). We informed the front desk that would be doing so. But were told ”any guests staying over after 10pm will get an extra guest charge” I reiterated like 4 or 5 times that these were masseurs and they would be gone 90 mins after they finished. They were not staying. I called the masseurs anyway. As expected they were stopped downstairs. I had to come down in my sleepwear and explain to the female receptionist on Duty (11 Nov 2023 around 11pm) the same explanation above. She called probably her boss then told me in a very condescending tone ”I will give you an exception ONLY ONCE. next time you will be charged an extra guest charge” I disputed again that they are not guests. She showed me a policy document I had signed upon checking in that said ”any guests or visitors STAYING in the hotel after 10pm are subject to the guest charge.” I reiterated, they are masseurs, they are not STAYING. She rolled her eyes at me and ignored me. Really shocking and it really took away everything else we loved about this hotel. I couldn't bear to give 1 star as everyone else worked really hard. Another weird thing if you in the morning buffet their staff will pick the food for you and they seem to be a little bit weird and stingy for example when you're asking for vegetables they will give you one piece of broccoli . You have to literally ask multiple times if you want like three or four pieces of broccoli or cauliflower. I presume this is done for hygiene purposes but they could maybe start by asking ”more or less”? The morning Buffet goes from 7am to 10am and is a really amazing spread. They told me ”last call is at 9am” which means you can't enter after 9am despite it ending 1 hour later. I guess this is due to the large crowds

Aufenthalt, um im Zentrum von Manila einige Sehenswürdigkeiten anzuschauen. Das Hotel bot ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Alles in allem bietet das Hotel alles in gehobenem Niveau. Einzig das Frühstücksbuffet is eine Katastrophe, Schlange stehen und ca. eine halbe Stunde warten bis zur Platzzuweisung. Dann ein hektisches Klima, die Köche kommen mit dem Auffüllen des Buffet nicht nach. Das macht das Frühstückserlebnis sehr unangenehm.

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

Wir gingen während unserer Binondo-Aufenthaltsreise zum Hotel springen und Ramada ist unser letzter Halt. Erstens war der Wachmann und Klopfer so hilfreich, als er von Parkplatz ankam, um unsere Gepäck zu bringen. Sie lachten immer. Der Check-in der Aufsichtsmann am Morgen des 27. Oktober war so nett, er hat uns sofort überprüft, obwohl er nur 10:30AM, weil meine 4 y/o Tochter schlief und er will, dass wir uns ausruhen. It's in the heart of Binondo! Alles ist wandelbar. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel.

Während meines letzten dreitägigen Aufenthalts mit zwei Nächten im Swiss-Belhotel Blulane in Manila ließ das Gesamterlebnis zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl das Hotel über Potenzial verfügte, schien die Bedeutung der Bereitstellung eines qualitativ hochwertigen Service für die Gäste uneinheitlich. Erstens gab es eine auffällige Diskrepanz in der Leistung der Auszubildenden am Arbeitsplatz. Während einige echte Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft an den Tag legten, schienen andere zögerlich zu sein, insbesondere wenn sie merkten, dass ein Gast möglicherweise kein Trinkgeld geben würde. Diese Einstellung beeinträchtigte das Gesamterlebnis der Gäste und widersprach dem Wesen der Gastfreundschaft, bei der echte Fürsorge und Hilfe unabhängig vom Trinkgeld an erster Stelle stehen sollten. Darüber hinaus stellte die Funktionalität der Aufzüge eine erhebliche Unannehmlichkeit dar. Da nur ein Aufzug in Betrieb war, kam es bei Gästen häufig zu Verspätungen und Überfüllung, was zu Frustration und Unannehmlichkeiten führte. Dieses Problem wirkte sich erheblich auf die Effizienz der Gästebewegung innerhalb des Hotels aus und sollte umgehend behoben werden, um die Gesamtzufriedenheit zu steigern. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass dieses Hotel in Manila zwar Potenzial hat, es jedoch bemerkenswerte Bereiche für Verbesserungen gibt, insbesondere bei der Gewährleistung eines konsistenten und echten Gästeservices und der Behebung betrieblicher Ineffizienzen wie der Funktionalität von Aufzügen. Indem allen Mitarbeitern, einschließlich der Auszubildenden, ein echtes Engagement für Gastfreundschaft und exzellenter Service vermittelt wird, kann das Hotel das Gesamterlebnis der Gäste verbessern und sich als erstklassiges Reiseziel für Reisende profilieren.

Das Zimmer übersteigt unsere Erwartungen! Sehr ruhig, sauber und die Ausstattung ist neu. Es gibt 24 Stunden heißes Wasser und die Badewanne ist sehr bequem. Es gibt auch kostenlose Doppelmorgen, sehr reichhaltig und entspricht dem Geschmack der Chinesen. Ausgehen ist McDonald's und Einkaufszentrum, und der Einkauf ist auch besonders bequem. Zusammenfassend ist es sehr zu empfehlen.

Es hat auch einen sehr guten chinesischen Restaurant. Neugierlich, es hat nicht die Bar. Ich blieb zwei Monate bis es wegen der Schleifen geschlossen. Es ist nur etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß form großes SM Einkaufszentrum . Sehr empfohlen

Als wir im Hotel ankamen, waren sie sehr geduldig und kommunizierten, weil unser Englisch nicht gut war. Der Ventilator im zuerst geöffneten Zimmer war sehr laut und roch sehr stark. Sie baten darum, den Raum neu auszurichten. Sie schickten schnell einen Kellner, der sich das Zimmer mit uns ansah, bis wir zustimmten, uns an ein Zimmer anzupassen, das wir für zufriedenstellend hielten. Das Badezimmer hatte keinen Geruch. Obwohl das Zimmer nicht luxuriös war, war es sauber und einfach. Auch die Service-Haltung ist sehr gut. Es liegt auch in der Nähe einiger wichtiger Sehenswürdigkeiten und kann zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Es ist wirklich Müll. Abgesehen von der guten Einstellung des Service an der Rezeption ist nichts gleich. Als ich das Haus betrat, wurde das Wasser gestoppt. Das heiße Wasser wurde plötzlich kalt und heiß. Das abgefüllte Wasser trank fast das gleiche wie das Wasser im Schwimmbad. Alle Arten von Möbeln drohten auseinanderzufallen. Das Geräusch einer Klimaanlage klang auf dem Niveau von Flugzeugtriebwerken. Außerdem habe ich es nicht verstanden, als ich zum ersten Mal nach Manila kam. Ctrip schrieb xx Kilometer vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Dieses Stadtzentrum ist die Altstadt von Manila. Das eigentliche Stadtgebiet liegt in Makati. Ich frage mich immer noch, wie ich in Manila kein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel finden konnte

Hotel ein wenig schwierig zu finden. Es gibt keinen Eingang auf der Straße. Die Rezeption ist im 2. Stock. Sie dürfen nicht in einen kleinen Korridor mit einem Geld wechseln. Das Personal ist nett wie fast überall in den Philippinen 🇵🇭. Es gibt Wi-Fi, Dusche, mit heißem Wasser 💦 🔥. Ein kleines 📺 Fernsehen und wir sind in der Hand. Wir können besser für den gleichen Preis finden, wenn wir ankommen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit überlappenden Betten, weil es einen Buchungsfehler gab. Aber alles ging in Ordnung, als wir am Abend zurückkamen, hatten wir ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett.

The staffs are nice and polite, always greeting us when we go outside and when came back to hotel. The hotel are very clean and nice and compact. The shower and bathroom function well. The are connected to Internet which is accessible to YouTube and can watch varieties of show and music. The WIFI connection are also fast and not slow and accessible any part of the room.
