Das Personal wird sein Bestes geben, um Ihnen bei allen Anforderungen behilflich zu sein. Sie sind höflich und gastfreundlich, angefangen bei der Rezeption, dem Concierge und dem Restaurant. Tadelloser Service. Ein Dankeschön an Jeff, Edward und Albert… für Ihre Freundlichkeit und Wärme! Dies wird mein Hotelaufenthalt in Manila sein. Das Hotel liegt in China Town, ganz in der Nähe aller meiner morgendlichen Meetings und mit vielen kleinen chinesischen Restaurants, also sehr praktisch. Die Hotelzimmermänner waren sehr nett und halfen mir mit einem Regenschirm, wenn ich in meine Fahrt ein- und aussteige.

Friendly staffs. And property was conveniently located in the heart of Binondo. Awesome and responsive staffs all the way to their housekeepers. This is my second time and I’m looking forward to stay in his property again soon. Thank you very much for the awesome experience! Your staffs are gold!

at China town.. very traffic.. room small.. worst part is i requested 2 beds when we online booked more than 2weeks ago because i'm sleep with colleague but informed us hotel Full.. Why hotel Don't reserve based on my request.. and furthermore I'm the Loyal customer.. i stay this hotel when im in Manila.. UPSET

We were little upset as they have charged me for early check in about 2550 for 5 hours and after that I have to change the room twice and no good one with no TV cable working at last given the comfortable room after 5 hours. Overall everything was fine. As we both are senior citizens there was trouble for check in time rest okay.

The service was great. Their breakfast buffet don't have much option considering the price. We had to wait for a few minutes before checking out, as they have to check the room first. Would appreciate it if they informed us about this extra step so we can set extra time for checking out. Overall experience was not bad.

I have a great stay here.The room is clean and spacious.The receptionist are also friendly and accommodating.

Location wise, super accessible to restaurants. Near a church and near to nearby tourist spot. The room is bigger than usual. There's a workspace where you can do your work properly. The comfort room is also big which I like since the bathtub is separate from the shower.

We went hotel hopping during our Binondo staycation trip and Ramada is our last stop. First, the guard and bell boy was all so assistive upon arrival from parking to bringing our luggages. They were always smiling. Check-in the supervisor guy morning of October 27 was so nice he checked us in immediately even though its only 10:30AM, because my 4 y/o daughter fell asleep and he want us to rest. Its in the heart of Binondo! Everything is walkable. We definitely recommend this hotel.

i didn't stay and forget to cancel earlier.. only realised the booking by the last day and not allow to cancel..

Old dated equipments, we could hear the jeepneys engine in the middle of the night, not worthy of a 4-star hotel. Not the nicest surroundings in the city. Other than that, friendly and helpful staff, we could book a transfer to airport. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. 20mins walking distance from Manila intramuros.
