Avoid this hotel at all costs! We booked a room and wanted an early check-in. They offered a short-time rate for a room that turned out to be a nightmare. It reeked, was tiny, and had signs of a leaking restroom. Cockroaches were everywhere, and the linens were dirty and worn. We tried to mask the smell with perfume, but it was futile. We requested a different room, but they demanded an extra charge for just a few hours. Exhausted from our travels, we agreed, hoping this would be our actual room for our stay. Wrong! While the new room didn't smell initially, it was still infested with cockroaches! We couldn't relax, constantly on guard against these creepy crawlies. The stress was unbearable. After just 3 hours, we gave up and checked out, forfeiting both the early check-in rate and the actual booking fee. This experience was horrendous. Stay anywhere else!

The proximity of the hotel to downtown Manila is the only good thing about the hotel. The rooms are full of cockroaches and other crawling insects. The toilet was leaking and the TV doesn't work.

Room is nice and good for short term accomodations. Staffs are very accomodating and friendly.

I didnt expect the room was too narrow. I've been staying to other Redoorz Hotels around Manila and Cebu and the way they presented their room photos through booking platform is much better in personal space. This hotel is somehow okay since quiapo church is very close but Im really sad how our stay experience.

Affordable price - best for sleep only but not recommended for staycation. All experience was good and okay na rin sa price. I will book again this hotel

We booked 4 rooms, the one that I stayed has a foul odor I think it came from the drainage.. Their CRs also clogged. Not comfortable with our stay.

For the price its quite fair!

The location is perfect, malapit po sya sa mga Universities, like Mapua, since from the Nueva Ecija pa po kami, at 2 days/a week lang ang face to face classes ng anak kong Senior High, kaya nagtatransient nalang po kaming mag-ina. The price is affordable, malinis din po, medyo main*** lang kasi dinig yung mga sasakyan sa labas, at wala pong wifi signal at walang TV signal(?)pero okay lang walang TV sana basta may wifi, kasi need ng anak ko nagrireview ng mga lessons nya 🥹 anyways, nagdata nalang po kami at malakas naman ang Globe signal. But overall, mairecommend ko po sya pag gusto nyo ng mastayhan sa Manila at nagtitipid kayo, like me.
