This home provides you the privacy you desire, a view of Manhattan Hill, Goodnow Park, and is less than a mile from downtown, Aggieville, restaurants, shopping, and the Kansas State campus. Just stayed overnigh
Property was clean, convenient and comfortable. Found it odd that I couldn't get address until day before particularly when traveling for two days to get there. Also found communications almost expecting me to either stay too late or have a party, just came across as unpleasant to me.

My daughter and I were in town to tour Kansas State. The house was exactly what we needed. Clean, well stocked and well located.

Great House in Manhattan
The house was clean decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch we enjoyed, as described in the listing. The owner was very communicative and the beds were amazing. Definitely would stay here again next time we come to Manhattan.

Perfectly Poised
The bungalow is situated minutes from so many restaurants and shopping areas. We could have walked to several and probably would have had not been so cold! Very tastefully decorated home, and we could tell the owners take pride in trying to anticipate occupants’ needs. We would stay here again.

Cute Cottage!
Very clean and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Enjoyed the way it was decorated. Easy to get to and still within walking distance to the campus and downtown. The neighborhood was typical campus neighborhood-some properties are taken care of but many are neglected. Probably would have preferred parking in front and entering through the front door. We had a great time in Manhattan!
