Der Aufenthalt war absolut erstaunlich, weil das Personal hilfreich war vor allem von vorne Mr. Abhishek und Jijina das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber Ich genossen den Aufenthalt und die Lobby war sehr anständig und attraktiv und kommen für Lebensmittel bedeutet es sehr schmackhafte Lebensmittel

Die Lage und der Speiseservice im Zimmer von Stieglitz sind sehr gut. Ich hatte jedoch nicht das Gefühl, dass das Geld, das ich bezahlt habe, angemessen ist. Es gab kein kostenloses WLAN und die Kosten für kostenpflichtiges WLAN waren ziemlich lächerlich. Annehmlichkeiten wie Trinkwasser und sogar Toilettenpapier wurden nicht aufgefüllt und mussten nachgefragt werden. Ich würde nicht wieder hier übernachten, zumal ich diese grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten bekommen kann, ohne in billigeren Hotels in der Nähe zu fragen.

Location was perfect. Hotel is located quite conveniently next to the city train station. We availed breakfast at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious but the quantity was limited unfortunately. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the ac unit worked flawlessly to keep the room nice and cool. On the flip side, the accessibility for seniors or people with leg or knee problems left a lot to be desired. The few flights of stairs have no hand rails and the entire entrance was slippery due to rain. This is a big safety hazard. The hotel neighborhood has a lot of active construction going on which made it very noisy in the day time. The tv was non functional and while we requested assistance it took a long time for the staff to come and take a look. Finally, the lobby raked off cigarette smoke throughout the day. While the room itself was free from the smell of tobacco this left me with a severe headache. Overall this contributed to an average experience.

Went for a business trip and stayed for 3 nights. I would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone Room facilities and comfort breached expectations. But food was average at best - especially south Indian breakfast cuisine. I went to a nearby budget hotel and got better tiffin for meagre 100 rupees.

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at the falnir palace in mangalore. I have stayed here a couple of times before so i know the hotel quite well. We had booked an ac deluxe room which was neat and tidy, but could have been bigger. I expected a much bigger room. But the room was very clean, the staff helpful. The best part is that the hotel is very accessible in terms of location and is near to many important places in the city. So overall, a good stay.

Room was very good, cozy and comfortable, bathroom was also good. But while booking i saw bath tub included in the amenities but the hotel receptionist said it's not in this room. My son was very disappointed at this even i asked if i can upgrade it they said not possible. Also the parking facility was very poor and dirty stinking. Breakfast we got the same menu repeated on both days. I'll surely not visit this hotel again as at this cost i'll get much more better options.

I had the pleasure of visiting Mangalore on the 17th of October 2023, where I was greeted with a warm welcome despite my late arrival at night after a 12-hours long journey. One of the first things that captured my attention was a stunning wall-to-wall mural behind the front office desk. This remarkable artwork vividly depicted the cultural heritage of Karnataka, featuring Kola performances, Kambala races, and other local traditions that have gained recent pan-India popularity thanks to the movie ”Kantara.” It served as a captivating introduction to the exciting experiences that awaited me during my stay. Let's talk about the accommodation. The rooms were tastefully appointed and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the Skylight Suites, which, while lacking a balcony, featured a beautifully decorated and spacious sitting area with a skylight adjacent to the main room. This clever design made the room feel more expansive. However, it's worth mentioning that the washrooms could benefit from better ventilation. In terms of dining, the food was satisfactory, but I would suggest diversifying the menu to include more vegetarian options to cater to a wider range of preferences. Now, let me highlight the standout feature of my stay – the in-house transportation services provided by the hotel. They operated with exceptional efficiency, boasting well-maintained and spotlessly clean vehicles. The chauffeurs were not only punctual but also displayed the utmost professionalism. I must give a special commendation to Mr. Balraj, who not only ensured our smooth transport to the temples we had planned to visit but also offered valuable insights into darshan durations. His willingness to take us to additional temples during our journeys, such as the Mariamman Temple in Mangalore, Rajarajeshwari Temple in Polali, Bappanadu Parameshwari Temple in Mulki, and Uchchila Maha Lakshmi on the way to Udupi (and possibly more that I can't recall at the moment) was truly exceptional. His knowledge of cultural immersion opportunities, especially during Navratris, was remarkable, and he even introduced us to experiences like the Yakshagana performance at Kadri Manjunatheswar. As my trip had a strong focus on pilgrimage, his insights into these sacred places were invaluable. His careful and considerate approach as a driver was exemplary. Not once did he engage in rash driving, even in the challenging and treacherous forested, mountainous routes that we encountered. Furthermore, Mr. Balraj's helpful nature shone brightly throughout our journey. With my elderly parents accompanying me, his assistance was greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being, offering his support at every turn. His unwavering dedication to both our safety and enjoyment of the trip made him an indispensable part of our experience. Mr. Balraj truly embodies the spirit of excellence in service. The room i got was very small and had a huge bed which took up all the space in the room. There was barely any place to walk around the room or navigate. The utilities were clean and well maintained. But the hotel did not offer any room service for ordering food. We had to order through swiggy. The guests who took the adjoining room made a lot of noise while talking and kept banging the room door as they entered exited. The category of people staying in this hotel didn't meet my expectations.

Newly renovated, well furnished premium category hotel with reasonable pricing. Nice view from the hotel (highway view). Staffs are very cooperative and gentle. peaceful ambience. recommended for couples too.
