Embarking on our South India tour from the UK, ***galore unexpectedly became a stopover, chosen for its proximity to the airport. Opting for the AJ Grand Hotel based on stellar reviews turned out to be a serendipitous decision. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel provided convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and modern malls, all within a leisurely 30-minute walk. The reception staff's courtesy set a welcoming tone, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Our suite, impeccably clean with enhanced facilities, greeted us with an unexpected perk—an empty refrigerator, a thoughtful touch for personalising our stay with beverages and snacks. The hotel's two highly acclaimed restaurants surpassed expectations, offering a diverse array of delectable choices during main meal times. This meant that we rarely felt the need to explore dining options outside. Kudos to the entire restaurant staff, with a special mention for Ganesh, whose culinary insights enriched our menu selections, and Suresh, whose attentive service at breakfast was welcome. While the gym and swimming pool were compact, they proved functional and, more often than not, were a private sanctuary for our use. The potential future de***d for these facilities notwithstanding, our experience was one of undisturbed enjoyment. The reception staff, although not all adorned with name badges, stood out for their exceptional assistance. Their guidance in locating our boarding passes and travel documents for our onward journey was invaluable. We were particularly grateful for their considerate offer to extend our checkout time, seamlessly aligning with our travel arrangements—small gestures that made a significant difference. Having little prior knowledge of ***galore, we were pleasantly surprised by the city and its welcoming residents. Exploring the beach and other recommended sites, discovered through various YouTube videos, unveiled ***galore's potential as a future tourist attraction, perhaps even rivalling Goa in the future. However, we hope that the city ***ages to preserve its charm without succumbing to the challenges often associated with increased tourism. Die Lage und der Speiseservice im Zimmer von Stieglitz sind sehr gut. Ich hatte jedoch nicht das Gefühl, dass das Geld, das ich bezahlt habe, angemessen ist. Es gab kein kostenloses WLAN und die Kosten für kostenpflichtiges WLAN waren ziemlich lächerlich. Annehmlichkeiten wie Trinkwasser und sogar Toilettenpapier wurden nicht aufgefüllt und mussten nachgefragt werden. Ich würde nicht wieder hier übernachten, zumal ich diese grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten bekommen kann, ohne in billigeren Hotels in der Nähe zu fragen.

Das Hotel ist gut. Sie halten es sehr gut. Anständig genug für ein Paar oder eine Familie zu bleiben. Es ist fast um die meisten Orte in Mangalore. So würde ich definitiv den Aufenthalt hier empfehlen. Keine Fotos

We recently stayed in The Ocean Pearl Inn during our last visit to Mangalore. The hotel is located in the heart of city making it convenient to explore the city. Friendly staffs and well maintained facilities making it easy and comfortable specially with the kids around. Much appreciated and will surely plan for our future visits.

Newly renovated, well furnished premium category hotel with reasonable pricing. Nice view from the hotel (highway view). Staffs are very cooperative and gentle. peaceful ambience. recommended for couples too.

Excellent property away from all the noise. It offers the best to family to friends who are on a weekend getaway. Nice resorts amidst the greenery of your choice. Neat wooden deluxe amenities, a nice fit to your pocket. Young and Children-friendly, you can find all that play and fun. Good food and service, with professional staff. Except this property is a bit far from the beaches of Mangalore.
