Wir waren nach zwei Jahren wieder mal dort für ein paar Tage . Alles ist immer noch so schön gepflegt wie früher . Alle sind sehr nett , obwohl sie es zur Zeit mit hauptsächlich indischen Touristen zu tun haben , und die waren etwas ein Problem . Arrogant und laut , haben Tische und Sonnen liegen den ganzen Tag blockiert obwohl sie gar nicht gebraucht wurden , und die Angestellten waren dem machtlos ausgeliefert . Wir haben es selber miterlebt wie eine hysterische Inderin die Kellner angegriffen hat , und an ihnen über 15 min ihren Frust ausgelassen hat , nur weil sie nicht denn Tisch bekam den sie vor Stunden mit einem Tuch und ein paar Schuhen blockiert hat . Zur Zeit hat es auch noch zwei Baustellen ums resort , die sollten aber hoffentlich bald abgeschlossen sein .

Wonderful place. Cordial staff, good food and very good service. Gardens near the rooms are also well maintained. Overall a fantastic experience. The access to beach is very close. Also it is clean and the sunbeds are clean. There are life guards around as well.

Hello , we stayed here for 2N/3D in the beach Villa !! Must say that everything I.e location / rooms / staff / food was simply outstanding ! The only disappointment was the morning breakfast , it was really pathetic ! Dry Poha / broken omelette/ average sausages / horrible porridge / Hard Parathas and chewy sabudana vada’s over the period of 2 days ! But the food besides breakfast was simply impeccable ! When asked about such a drastic difference between breakfast and other meals found out about 2 different chefs ! No wonder ! Was evident ! Ketan at the front desk was again extremely helpful with a huge smile always ! Will I stay there again ? YES FOR SURE !

The atmosphere, bungalows, staff, food, location- everything AMAZING we will most definitely come back and recommend this place to friends and family. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The beach is clean one not crowded. Thanx to the hole staff for making our stay so nice. See you again!!

Excellent location, right on the beach, very courteous staff. I stayed at the beach cottage “Rosy Slow” and the view from the cottage was lovely. Their restaurant is one of the best on Ashvem beach as it has a ground floor and a first floor too. You can just sit on the first floor and relax for many hours. They might want to improve on the services within the room as they don’t have some basic things like - bathroom slippers, coasters, dental kit and even for water you have to go to the water filling station outside your room. They charge exorbitantly, equivalent to 5 star hotels but these basic things are not present in the room. You may also find cockroaches often within your room. We had a frog in our bathroom too who lived inside the planter kept in the bathroom!

We stayed for 10 nights in February and could not fault our experience at Palm Grove from the warm welcome by Mahesh, to all the staff including housekeeping and the gardeners, everyone had a really positive attitude. We loved the restaurant, the menu was varied and the food and beverage were of a very high standard. The room was delightful with a very comfortable king size bed and mosquito netting. We loved our terrace looking out into the garden. We have been staying on this beach for years and this is my favourite destination by far. We can’t wait to return.

If you desire top European standard and service combined with the best of Goa and India, then Palm Grove Beach Resort is definitely the place for you. With over 20 years in the hotel and restaurant industry myself, I have experience of what good service and standards should be. Palm Grove delivers at the highest level. Housekeeping, the kitchen, and the serving staff provide a service that truly made our stay a fantastic experience. We will gladly return.

We had only booked 1 night because of our schedule but would have liked to stay here longer. The bungalows are set amongst trees leading onto the beach. The have a beachfront restaurant and bar - a great place to watch the sun go down. We had a lovely bungalow near the front which was spacious and comfortable. We felt that there was a drain smell in the bathroom but apart from that everything was perfect.

Amazing location just bang on the beach where u can experience surfing and sunbathing a property well maintained and filled with palm trees around with a cafe bang on the beach offering amazing drinks and food a different concept of earthen made cottages
