Die Lage ist ca. 7 km vom Stadtzentrum von Cannes entfernt. Es ist sehr bequem mit dem Auto zu fahren. Uber kostet ca. 17 Euro. Das Frühstück war großzügig und lecker, im westlichen Stil, und Sie können es nicht empfehlen, wenn Sie es nicht mögen. Der nahe gelegene Yachthafen bietet Blick auf das Festivalpalast in Cannes. Zum Frühstück wurde kein Foto gemacht, außer einem Topf Obst.

Für einen Kurztrip sehr gut geeignetes Hotel. Sehr ruhige Lage. Man kann bei geöffneter Balkontür schlafen, wenn man möchte. Für Familien perfekt. Funktionelle Ausstattung. Für Businesspartner eher nicht geeignet (z.B. keine 24h Rezeptiion). Von außen sieht das Gebäude recht unscheinbar aus. Schöne Terrasse und Pool vorhanden.

Glaubenswert modern geräumig en sauber Apartment am Hafen. Großer Blick!! Das Personal ist extrem hilfreich. Wir sind dort sehr zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung und haben keinen Zweifel, wir werden in der Zukunft zurückkehren..

Where do I start, let’s start with the good and keep it short. Free and convenient parking practically at the door to your apartment, the wifi worked well and the bed was reasonably comfortable. There was a little outside garden area with a table and some chairs but the garden area didn’t really look that inviting The staff at the office were friendly. The bad, it is a longer list. When you arrive at the area where the reception office is the area around it looks like an abandoned shopping centre on a council estate with a building that looks like it could have four or five shops, cafes etc but instead is just an empty shell with some of the leaves from outside scattered on the floor and the concreted area out the front of these abandoned shops and reception area is just a faded painted concrete slab. The apartment is really where things go downhill, while opening the door was easy locking it from either the inside or outside with the key which was the only way to lock it was near impossible and I had to call reception to come and help and she showed me how it works and you have to “force” the lever to a 12 o’clock position and then turn the key and after a few tries it did lock but each time I went to lock it I had the same problem over and over again which really shouldn’t be the case locks should work. The apartment is a decent size but so poorly laid out, there is an L-shaped main room with a trundle sofa which I think converts to two single beds at one end of the room and a table and four plastic chairs at the other end with a TV in between. There were also a couple of little tables. There was also a freestanding wardrobe in one corner. The main problems with the room was the lack of lighting with just one ceiling bulb to cover the whole room and while it wasn’t a huge room it needed more lighting. There was a lamp near the sofa but it wasn’t much use. Off to the side was a very steep staircase though I am not sure it would legally qualify in many parts of the world as a staircase and is more of a ladder/staircase and under the stairs were some mops and brooms and a clothes airer thing. Off the main room was the small kitchenette which was pretty typical of the setup you get in this type of accommodation. It had the usual, a small under the counter fridge/freezer, sink, two burner cooktop, microwave and range hood but the only source of light in the kitchen area was the light on the rangehood. There were plates, glasses and cutlery for four people though some things only had three while others had five. A couple of pots and a pan but really no utensils except a strange group of about 6 items and it looked like as things go missing which I guess they do they are not replaced. The sink had a wall mounted dishwashing liquid dispenser but it was attached to the wall and didn’t reach the sink which really defeats the purpose. Sehr freundiches Personal, schöne und saubere Zimmer. Zimmer jeden Tag perfekt gereinigt und mit frischen Hygieneartikeln und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Rezeption jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmerwunsch wurde dankenswerter Weise erfüllt, gekühlte Weinflasche bei Ankunft am Zimmer - DANKE! Lage ca 15 min zu Fuß zum Meer, Parkplätze kostenpflichtig 15,- ausreichend vorhanden. Leider gibt es den gewohnten Service beim Pool nicht mehr, keine Poolkarte, keine Snacks, praktisch kein Service vorhanden. Bestelle Cocktails wurden nie serviert. Beim Frühstück gibt es keine zusätzlichen Ei-Gerichte, was in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte. Wir kommen aufgrund der gebotenen Hotelqualität gerne wieder!

Was das Hotel anbelangt, so ist es ein riesiges Mehrwohnungshaus, wo mehrere Wohnungen unter dem Hotel gekauft werden,in den anderen Menschen leben ständig.Um zu sagen, dass im Haus geräusch, es ist nichts zu sagen, sehr viele Hunde , Die Ferienwohnungen sind in der Nähe der Balkone, in mehreren Wohnungen gibt es Reparaturen und alles ist von frühen Morgenstöcken und dünnen. Der Aufzug wartet nicht 15 Minuten, der Parkplatz ist sehr weit von Hause, Mit Taschen aus dem Geschäft müssen Sie anständig gehen, und das ist extrem unkomfortable.Auf den Gebieten des Hauses sind ein Hafen von kleinen Booten und Booten , auf diesen Booten lokale junge Menschen wie zu trinken , kämpfen und hören die Musik laut bis zum Morgen , das sehr störend ist, zu schlafen , und Sie können nichts darüber tun .Denken Sie nicht an das Hotel mit Kindern , denn sie können nicht dort schlafen.Im Allgemeinen gehen Sie nicht zu diesem Hotel, um Ihre Stimmung nicht zu vernichten , Ein weiterer Moment, wenn Sie alle gehen, für dieses Hotel, zahlen für alles Karte, Da Stanislav im ultimatum immer um Geld bittet (vermutlich nicht zu zahlen Steuern) und ständig die Preisänderung verändert , es gab einen Preis pro Tag ab dem Morgen , und am Abend ist es anders.Und für cash-paid-Dienste, natürlich, keine Dokumente geben

The hotel is in a quiet industrial area, a short distance from the coast and near Cannes airport. The hotel is, however, quite attractive and modern with a spacious reception and bar area with the restaurant being also fairly open plan. The rooms were clean and spacious, though a little warm. The a/c didn’t seem to make much difference. Breakfast was varied and of good quality and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. You need an Uber to get into Cannes unless you want a fairly long walk- usually about €12. Has a swimming pool but that was closed for the winter.
