It is the best hotel in Mandalay! Being in Myanmar before I already knew that hotels would be expensive, but I never regretted paying the price of staying in Mingalar Mandalay! Will still choose this one over others!

Das Hotel sieht gut aus, der Service ist gut und es gibt Orte zum Geldwechseln, aber es gibt keine Orte, an denen man etwas kaufen kann. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich, die Zimmer waren etwas veraltet und es gab viele Mücken. Insgesamt ist der Preis durchschnittlich.

Das Hotel wurde für eine längere Geschäftsreise genutzt. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Sky-Bar, in der Sie ein Bier genießen und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten können. An den Wochenenden gibt es viele chinesische Kurzzeittouristen, daher ist das Frühstück ablenkend und kompliziert, aber das freundliche Personal hat sich ohne Unannehmlichkeiten um das Essen gekümmert. Die Lage ist etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt, aber nicht schlecht. Ich blieb dort für die Dauer meiner Geschäftsreise und blieb länger als geplant. Empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Die Gastfreundschaft, freundliche und ausgezeichnete Aufmerksamkeit der Hotelbediensteten ermöglichten uns unseren Aufenthalt in Mandalay zu genießen. In der Regel sind die Menschen sehr nett, einfach und lächelnd. Die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel, ist sehr organisiert und sauber. Ich empfehle es.

Es ist ein toller Ort, während der Reise zu bleiben. Der Preis ist niedrig, aber die Einrichtungen sind ziemlich sauber und verschieden ㅅㅏ Es ist toll, die Lamm zu treffen. Es ist jedoch geteilt. Es gibt ein wenig Unannehmlichkeiten, aber ich bin zufrieden, wenn ich über den Preis nachdenke

Checking in Everyone seems to be busy for nothing or as they pretend to be for such a small boutique property. The stuffs were not tech-savy and; uncertain of how to approach about a good warm welcome. Didn't offered me the welcome drink, with an excuse that they don't have it anymore. F&B Horrible and atrocious f&b team, made me wait there for I hour with no attendance for service nor even greeting or directing me to a seat, stuffs were busy attending other inconsequential guest whom they were preoccupied cajolin! and fawning over whom they assume to be affuent and wealthy. Definitely there's a double standard for service, thee only give good service to whom they perceive worthy. The bar opens at 4 but there were no staffs at 6, was willing to spend my money since I was on holiday mood , only to be ruined by disservice of ineptitude when they cant offer dot of the readily available menu. Customer Relation management I stormed up to complain about the terrible service, FOM made the horrible mistake by following up with a free drink and BBQ , thinking I would want services for free, they couldn't guarantee that mistake would not happen again anc straight away compansate someone with a condescending approach, i dont want their money. I had to eat outside for a better service and to ensure that I would not be mortified by little details. No transport was provided for the inconvenience of eating outside , for the better service that they cant guarantee. Management team started knowing on my door incessantly to the point that I was stressed out, all other department came and apologized except for the f&b team I'm a travel vloger with more than 2000 reviews for travel video on Youtube for an eminent company, been frequenting to hotels like Marriott Ritz Carlton, four season, Hilton , Wyndham, shangri-la and the accor group (sofitel , Novotel, swissotel) never was i disrespected with such insolence. They never arrange for my subsequent stay when I say I will be moving out without staying them for the night , I had to make my own reservation at a better hotel where I will be happy spending my money, no transport no compensation or whatsoever! The reason people chose boutique hotel over 5 star is because we think we might get a fast and efficient service with the warmth oftogetherness in a small hotel. But no this hotel proves everything wrong, they are not of world standard and wil never be. I ,conisseur of hospitality, am against this type of establishment flouting standard and I will keep on writing reviews for the awareness of other people. I have repute on other sites like agoda and booking.com and will be review them for good, please avoid this hotel at all cost. They will take you money only to put u in misery

Ich habe nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel geblieben, aber es ist absolut wunderbar. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten Hotels in SE Asia sind die Betten hier so komfortable und nicht hart. Die Dusche war großartig, das Wasser ist heiß und der Druck ist perfekt. Frühstück ist 5/5, weil es eine so wunderbare Sorte gibt. Sie hatten frisches Gemüse und eine echte Omelettestation. Ein weiterer Highlight dieses Hotels ist das Dach. Es gibt einen unendlichen Pool und eine Bar. Es war schön, nicht über den Tisch zu schreien, um mit meinem Verlobten zu chatten, weil die Atmosphäre/Umgebung perfekt ist. Sehr schöne Lichtmusik und ein sehr kalter Ort zu sein. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.
