The Queen at Chester Hotel, BW Premier Collection

First class experience and have recommended this hotel to others already. Location is the definition of perfect for train travellers to Chester, station literally across the road. Steeped in history the rooms all quirkily named after kings & queens, furnishings a nod to royalty and bygone era's as well. Beds extremely comfortable, the only downside of the stay was the fact the hotel is of an older style there was noise during the night which I attributed to water moving in the pipes which disturbed sleep pattern a little. The room rate we obtained via Trip.com however was nothing short of outstanding, and was remarked upon by the chap checking us in, how 'the people he had checked-in immediately before us had paid well over £100 more for the night'. Overall a fabulous experience we would definitely repeat.

Good stay. Room was lovely and staff was great. They were very helpful and agreed for me to stay an extra hour due to train time changes.

Beautiful hotel next to the train station - staff were very warm and lovely ☺️ check-out could be a little later but all good.

WiFi didn’t work kept on turning on and off and not able to hold a steady connection for more than 2 minutes. Room was also very cold and the heating fan only stayed at a certain temperature wouldn’t recommend

Staff respond fast and friendly. The location is super close to the Chester rail station
