My husband and I stayed at this hotel for approximately three weeks. From the very first night of our stay we felt so welcomed. Not only is the hotel well managed, the hotel is nearly spotless from the lobby to the common walking areas to the rooms. We were so pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms are so immaculately clean. When we walked into the room it had a clean and fresh smell. They also have a wonderful staff who are attentive to every need that arises, including the housekeeping staff. There is a such a spirit of excellence at this hotel like none other we’ve stayed at. The General Manager, Siama and the Assistant General Manager, Sarim manage this hotel with absolute excellence. They go above and beyond to provide a superior level of customer service to their guests. They are not somewhere sitting inside an office behind the scenes. They are front and center at the front desk taking care of their guests, always available and hands on in the trenches with the rest of the staff. In all of our travels throughout the U.S. we have never seen such professionalism, dedication and commitment to excellence as we saw displayed at this hotel by these two senior managers and the staff they employ. This hotel and management staff are the crème de la crème in the U.S. If you’re looking for a place to call home, even if for just one night, this is the one. Siama and Sarim, we want to thank you personally. And we want you to know that even though there’s been a long delay with posting this positive review we have never forgotten all you did to make us feel welcomed and at home and all that you sacrifice to provide this superior level of service to all of your guests every day. This was a fantastic stay-- far less than a Hilton and better than some Hiltons that I've stayed in recently. The room was large and very clean, and I could hear a few footsteps from above but otherwise sleep quality was high. Breakfast is basic but perfectly adequate, and it was well-stocked with black tea. Staff is friendly and attentive. Traffic can be a little bad in the area around rush hour but it's in a good location with fast food and grocery stores across the street, and a CVS very close. Looking forward to my next stay.

It was a last minute reservation that day about 4 hours from check in time. We stayed here previously and was quite nice. This trip we were not as happy. Had requested a room with no one overhead on the on-line reservation request. We were given a room directly across from the breakfast area on the 1st floor. The room was quiet though. the cleanliness of the room was lacking. Our shoes made noise while walking on the tile floor like it was sticky. It was like what did you clean the floors with. We were very careful what we had on our feet not knowing what it is. The room took several hours to warm up. The hot food at the breakfast bar was not hot especially the eggs. The other hot items were barely warm. The coffee at the coffee bar when we arrived was only luke warm and had to be heated in the microwave. At least the coffee was hot in the morning but strong as strong cane be. We had to use creamers so we could drink it.
