Manchester Hall

We got married at Manchester Hall back in October and had the most magical day. From our initial meeting with Megan, our wedding co-ordinator, to our complementary overnight stay last night the team have always gone above and beyond. The bedrooms are spacious, sleek & classic Manchester. We had such a fabulous stay & breakfast at The Masons Bar was delightful. I went for the Masons Eggs Royale, which came with a generous portion of smoked Salmon, it was stunning. If you're looking for an incredible venue to host an event or just somewhere for an overnight stay in the city centre, this is the spot for you!

Spent £4000 on an event to encounter numerous issues prior to and throughout the experience! It ruined my 50th birthday. Examples - Cocktails poured under the table from pre made sachets. My 78 year old mum slept in a camp bed as they sold us a twin room when they don’t even have any. Rude and incompetent staff. Stormed out of the bar. They closed the bar part way through my event as the till broke! Due to Wi-Fi problems that they know about and havnt bothered to fix. They served hash browns on dry bread for the evening buffet that was cold and late! chips in school diner trays with no plates to eat off when they charged me £4.50 per cone! No cones in sight. Specifically asked for two gluten free and a vegetarian - they provided nothing for them to eat! . No fresh orange or bacon at breakfast as it was Sunday!!! Rooms smell of human excrement! They advertise as a high class establishment that charge top dollar for nothing less than a substanded service. DO NOT BOOK HERE IT WILL RUIN ANY SPECIAL EVENT! ! They are incompetent! Two months into my complaint, still no partial refund. They promised me they would put it right and invited us for dinner in masons to demonstrate they can provide a good service. Still nothing! No one returns calls, emails! Appalling!! Feel it is only fair to warn you in advance if your special occasion being ruined.

We booked a one night stay at Manchester Hall (Christmas present for hubby) and had a great stay. The rooms were lovely, especially the roll top bath. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful and attentive. Jodie, reception manager, really looked after us and was great to deal with during the booking process. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends.
