Travelodge Manchester Ancoats Hotel Bewertungen

A great location close to Manchester Victoria station loads of bars and clubs and niche shopping. Was here for a music gig the other side of the city but Uber there and back was very easy. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and fun and the morning breakfast was extensive and a good selection of most things. It’s a clean and surprisingly quiet hotel as it’s right on a very busy main road. It’s a budget hotel so not too many frills no fridge or iron but everything worked really well good bed and good shower and for me that’s the main selling factor of a hotel room.

The hotel was clean, tidy, with simple amenities. The only criticisms are that due to the location of the hotel it is noisy as it is located right next to a main road. Also, the rooms can get very warm as there is no air conditioning.

I’ve booked a room with a bathtub, and the staff designated a room without it. I can accept they could make a mistake, but the staff didn’t apologize for his mistake when I asked for a room change.

Just ok, hotel with good connection but, I did not like that the internet is a separate service

Wer sich seinen Aufenthalt in Manchester ordentlich verderben möchte, dem sei dieses schäbige Hotel empfohlen. Zimmer sind klein, schmuddelig und abgewohnt wie das ganze Haus. Es gab nur einen Fahrstuhl, der andere war die ganze Zeit während unseres Aufenthalts defekt. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht richtig. Auf dem Zimmer gab es noch nicht mal einen Föhn! Steckdosen an den Betten gibt es nicht. Das Bad roch sehr muffig, die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen. Dieser schlechte Eindruck setzte sich beim Frühstück fort, das noch nicht mal seine 10 Pfund wert ist. – Schlechtes Angebot, schlechter Kaffee, eine Atmosphäre wie in der Wartehalle. Für mich ist nun klar: NIE wieder Travelodge!

Lovely comfortable stay in spacious family room on top floor with a bath. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Special mention to Tyr, Tom and Alex. Cleaning staff top notch. Central location 10mins walk to man Piccadilly. Close to arndale and afflecks

Our stay was so so good. Our room was very clean, tidy and all essentials available as required. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Binita was very informative, warm and friendly. Travelodge Ancoats is also very close to any place u want to travel to in the city and very convenient to move around.

We've stayed at various Travelodges and Ancoats did not compare favourably. The welcome was lukewarm, we were left only 2 milks and 2 teabags in the room and we had to request a hairdryer from reception. The place was a little tired as expected, but it was these other small inconveniences that took it from basic to below par.

I enjoyed staying here knowing from the past it was centrally located and more reasonable than the Piccadilly branch despite only being ten minutes walk away.

The staff are beyond excellent, i arrived late they accommodated me and made sure I was helped to my room By the the supervisor karlolina, who was incredible, and make sure I was made to feel welcome by the receptionist Binita, overall a great experience and I will be staying again, great hotel !

Terrible rooms stink of stale smoke and air freshener arrived anf my bokking wasn’t on there system leave me no choice to book another room at a more expensive price terrible service

Good location and room. Only downside was that the window catch had been replaced but did not fit properly so lots of outside noise. The car park mentioned by the hotel closes at night so not good for an early flight or late night out. Very good price.

I had a really comfortable stay at Ancoats Travelodge. Staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable. The hotel was busy, but overnight was quiet. I used the onsite bar, which again was good and had a decent choice of drinks. I also had breakfast, there was plenty to choose from and it was tasty and hot. Staff were always on hand if needed. Hotel was clean and warm throughout. Location is brilliant.
