Ich liebe es, wie sauber und schick dieses Hotel ist, obwohl es nicht billig ist, aber es lohnt sich Ich bin gerne hier, es ist sehr ruhig und komfortabel Ich denke, ich werde noch ein bisschen hier bleiben?

Ich selbst, meine Frau und unsere beiden Freunde kamen zum 40. Geburtstag meiner Frau in NH. Unser Aufenthalt konnte nicht besser gewesen sein. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir von Gabriella und Michelle begrüßt. Beide waren absolut erstaunlich und machten die Kontrolle in Prozess einfach und schnell. Ich traf Pilr vom Hauspflege am nächsten Tag nachdem sie einen Haartrockner und einen Zahnbürste brauchte. Sie war sehr bequem und hilfsbereit und hatte die Artikel schnell in unser Zimmer gesandt. Während des Frühstücks hatten wir Margaret als Wächterin. Sie war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir suchten Orte zu gehen, und sie hat eine Liste von Orten abgehauen und uns so viele gute Ideen gegeben. Wir schätzten ihre Hilfe wirklich. Sie war erstaunlich! Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt unglaublich. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal für die Erhaltung einer großen Erfahrung während immer noch schwieriger Zeiten.

Today I had one of the strangest and most insulting experiences of my life. The Assistant General Manager of TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Manchester NH ordered my wife and me to vacate the hotel because our presence made a hotel employee uncomfortable. I received a telephone call from the assistant general manager, Juliana, about 10:30 this morning. She said that an employee had complained that us being at the hotel made the employee feel uncomfortable. I asked Juliana what we supposedly had done, because I couldn't imagine what anyone would have complained about. Juliana said that she had been instructed by the General Manager, Jessica, to not tell me any more and said that if she told me any more, that it could disclose the employee's identity. I told Juliana that all of our interactions with hotel staff had been positive. I pointed out to Juliana that my wife and I are serving as missionaries for our church; we both wear name tags identifying our church and we're generally dressed in Sunday dress attire. I asked her if that's what made the employee uncomfortable. She again said that she could not tell me any additional information, and reiterated that we had to leave the hotel - and we had until 2:00 PM to vacate. I asked who made this decision and she told me that it was a joint decision with Jessica, her boss. Juliana said that if I wanted, she would have Jessica call me. Jessica called just after 2:00 PM (after we had vacated). I again asked for information of what we had done that had made an employee uncomfortable and Jessica said that she couldn't tell me. I told Jessica that I am concerned that our religion or us being missionaries was the problem. She responded that religion has nothing to do with why she demanded that we leave. She did however let us know that it was a female employee that made the complaint. I explained to Jessica that since we had already left the hotel, that we would appreciate understanding what had made the employee uncomfortable, because we never intended to offend or make anyone uncomfortable. So if she would tell us, we could avoid offending people in the future. Jessica then told me that she doesn't know what it was that made the employee uncomfortable, and said that she'd have to talk with her (the employee) again. I asked Jessica how she can be certain that my religion is not the issue, if she doesn't even know what caused the discomfort. Jessica replied, ”I'll call you back if I get additional information.” She then quickly disconnected. The entire situation feels very bizarre. We found a nearby Hilton facility that is actually a much nicer property. I could have refused to vacate and I think the general manager would've had a difficult time pressing the issue. But it would have been a hostile situation that I didn't want to be in. Instead, I'm posting my experience - I hope other people avoid staying at TownePlace Suites in Manchester NH. I hope Jessica and Juliana receive additional training b

Fast and easy services. Very efficient shuttle to the airport. I booked this hotel last minute and the staff were very helpful. My room was spacious, comfortable, clean and has everything I needed. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when I’m back in town. Nice bar too!

Schöne Eincheckung. Sauber und komfortable Zimmer. Erwachen Sie sich für einen frühen Flug und Aufzüge sind aus. Gerufen für Hilfe und niemand zu finden (hier hat ich nicht überprüft, was ich brauchte oder Pflege). Ich hatte eine Hüftersatz und habe einige andere Mobilitätsbedürfnisse. Ich habe das erwähnt, ist schrecklich und sie hat es nicht gekümmert! Sie haben die Liste der, die den Flughafenschiffe nehmen, so dass eine Anrufe, um mich zu warnen, hätte mir geholfen! Aber keinerlei Service überhaupt. Jetzt endlich raus. Sie hat die vorherige Gruppe angezeigt, die sie schrie (ich war da, sie haben es nicht getan). Sie hat mir alles über die Frage erzählt, wie sie es nicht für zwei Tage fertig machen können - ich sagte, niemand mit Mobilitätsproblemen auf den oberen Etagen setzen - sie sagte, sie haben keine. Ich habe meinen Schlag aufgelegt, um meinen Punkt zu machen. Oh! Keine Entschuldigung. Mehr Entschuldigungen für keine Hilfe und ging weiter zu teilen, niemand will arbeiten, Arbeiter sind nicht ausgebildet, keine Zeit, um durch die Videos zu gehen. Ich lasse sie über „Sie“ und „Arbeiter“ drängen, dann antwortete „und weißt du, was das für Kunden bedeutet?“ Sie kümmerte sich eindeutig nicht. Ich wollte sicherstellen, dass meine Rechnung klar war (es war eine Erlösung Nacht). Ich hatte eine Anklage. Sie erklärte es mir nicht. Er sagte mir, sie später anzurufen. Ernsthaft!! Und sie hat wieder auf das Fehlen von Ausbildung hingewiesen. So ist es auf mich. Das war traurig! 5 der 5 Personen, die sich auscheckten, hatten Probleme, die nicht gut behandelt wurden. Nicht beeindruckt! Der einzelne Mitarbeiter spielt eine Rolle! Und ich glaube nicht, dass jeder von uns zurück sein wird.

Go elsewhere. Checked in for 3 nights, and right away saw the piece of paper saying the pool would not be available until the 26th of July. If you wanted to use the pool at the hotel across the street, you needed to contact front desk to make a reservation!!!! It's the middle of July and your pool is not available. I don't book a hotel with a pool to use another hotels pool. Breakfast ok, but nothing great. On the mirror in bathroom is said Complimentary Housekeeping by Request. To request a stay over cleaning or just a few extra towels, simply call or stop by the from desk. The second day I went to front desk and asked for housekeeping. I was told that housekeeping was done only after 3 days. Then take that sign down. Woman at desk asked if I wanted some towels, and I said yes, but said I was on my way out. The response I got was well just stop by on your way back. Couldn't even sent them up. When checking out, obviously a manager was talking to front desk rep. Both said are you checking out and I said yes. Neither one of them asked how my stay was. Construction all over this hotel as well. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable. Plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from instead of this one. I am Hilton Honors member and this is why I chose this, big mistake!!!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit ein gutes Spa-Angebot (Innenswimmingpool und Fitnesscenter). Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Die Backyard Brewery war zu Fuss in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Da gab es ein ausgezeichnetes Speisen- und Getränkeangebot. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig trotz der Nähe zum Airport.
