On the beach are cushions, sun umbrellas and beach towels available. Cold drinks are served at the bar on the beach. The hotel is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in is possible around the clock), a lobby bar, Wi-Fi, a lift, a supermarket and other shops, a hairdresser as well as parking spaces. In the outdoor area you will find a seasonally open pool, where sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available for free. Inside the hotel you can use an indoor pool. For your entertainment, the hotel offers a disco. For very young guests, highchairs can be provided. For the smallest children prams can be rented in the hotel. Einfach nur schrecklich! keine 5 Sterne Wert! Essen schmeckt nicht (immer das selbe), überall dreckig, Abends sieht man sogar Kackerlaken rumlaufen, kein Wlan ausser in der Lobby und das ist so unbeschreiblich schlecht. Strand genauso mieserabel, man fühlt sich nirgends wohl; ich als deutsch/türke fühle mich hier null wohl wegen den Russen. Keine Musik, keine Animation, kein freundliches Personal, einfach nur Schrecklich!!! keine Fakebewertung, ich bin jährlich in Antalya aber so ein Hotel hab ich seit 15 Jahren nicht erlebt. Am liebsten würde ich mein Geld zurück haben!

Zimmer abgewrackt und alt,essen geschmacklos und jeden Tag gleich, Getränke qualitativ schlecht.Mindestens 80% Russen an Bord.Animation fast 0, Personal bekommt hier die meisten Punkte.Am Strand keine Möglichkeit für Toilettengänge,also geht's wieder bergauf,um.....

Hallo Hotel ist leider keine 5 Sterne hotel Max.2 hotel Bad sind katastrophal Saniter Raume sind Drekik Essen ist keine 5 Sterne hotel Essen Ist billigste Essen Und jedenfalls gleich Trinken ist auch nicht allinklusiv trinken Kostet alles Safe koste jeden Tag 2 Euro Ist einfach alles runter gekommen Fliesen sind alles kaputt

* Wir waren sehr unzufrieden mit dem Hotel und es war sicher unser letztes mal da... Sprachkenntnisse etc komplett auf Russisch.jeden Tag das gleiche Essen... Personal sehr unfreundlich und arrogant... hier war es absolut überteuert und shlecht...

I have just returned home having spent 8 days on an all inclusive break at this hotel and hope the following comments will be of help to others. Food: good quality ingredients totally spoiled by very poor preparation, unskilled cooking and presentation. Thus, a lot of supposedly hot food was cold, dry and tasteless. Staff: generally were very helpful. Mainly they could communicate only in Russian and German, apart from Turkish of course. Not an hotel to be recommended for English speaking visitors. Beach access: Very good shuttle bus service to point above the beach then there is a very steep walk down to the beach itself. Definitely not recommended for those with heart problems or limited leg capabilities. No toilet access on the beach: only the sea or a primitive facility by the beach snack bar at the shuttle bus drop off point. Internet access: Limited to hotel reception and then very poor. Cleanliness: Generally very good indeed in all areas. Noise: Almost constant throbbing of disco music was unacceptably intrusive. Star rating: Delusions of grandeur. This hotel should not be rated above 3 star maximum. Overall assessment: As with most things in this life; you only get what you pay for and expectations do not usually live up to reality.

Awful hotel. Advertised as 5-star but nowhere near. The hotel felt dirty and badly looked after from the moment we arrived. Public areas were stifling with no air-conditioning anywhere except the bedrooms, and the whole place looked old and run-down. The food was dry and stale, the restaurant itself grubby. We were given a room for just one night and told to move again after 10 a.m., so we couldn’t even unpack. Worse still, the receptionist actually looked surprised that we were British. The hotel is clearly geared to a different market and we felt uneasy and unwelcome the entire time. We left after a single night and paid extra to move to another hotel, which really is 5-star and showed just how awful this place is. Dirty, uncomfortable and unwelcoming – avoid at all costs!
