Die Lage ist sehr gut, aber in der Nähe der Straßenseite ist es sehr laut, sehr laut und die Fenster sind nicht schallisoliert. Es ist sprachlos, dass die Putzfrau in das Zimmer einbrach und ohne anzuklopfen direkt ins Schlafzimmer ging.

Mein Mann und ich blieben im Januar 2020 nach einer Amazon-Kreise bei Ibis Budget Manaus für eine Nacht. Wir kamen sehr früh am Morgen nach der Landung. Da die Eincheckung erst Stunden später erfolgte, beschlossen wir, eine Nacht (d.h. von der vorangegangenen Nacht) in unsere Buchung hinzuzufügen, um sofortige Zugriff auf unser Zimmer zu erhalten. Bei der Eincheckung jedoch hat der Empfänger die Gebühr für die ganze Nacht verzichtet und uns stattdessen erzählt, dass sie nur eine viel kleinere Früheincheckungsgebühr zahlen würden. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von ihrer Betrachtung und mangelnder Begeisterung. Das Zimmer, obwohl klein, war funktional und beinhaltete alles, was wir für einen 20-Stunden-Aufenthalt benötigten. Das war nicht nur das billigste, sondern auch, weit entfernt, das sauberste Hotelzimmer, das wir während des Urlaubs in Brasilien verblieben. Das komplimentäre WiFi war ausgezeichnet und die streaming Netflix funktionierte gut durch das WiFi. Wir bestellen Abendessen über Uber Eats und haben Cutlery aus dem Restaurant vor Ort (dies erforderte die Verwendung von Google Translate, da die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants nicht wussten, was ”Schnüre und Forks” in Englisch bedeutet. ) Wir blieben auch in einem anderen Budgethotel in Manaus (Intercity Manaus), aber wir fühlten, dass wir eine bessere Erfahrung in Ibis hatten. Insgesamt, ein ausgezeichnetes Budget-Stadt für eine kurze Dauer in einem frischen, modernen und vor allem sauberen Hotel.

Hotel muito bom, mas para o nosso objetivo que era turístico não indicaria. Como queríamos um hotel com piscina, para o nosso grupo de 2 adultos e 2 crianças foi o melhor custo benefício, porém fica mais distante do centro e o transito de Manaus é lastimável, acredito que o valor no uber não foi tão mais alto, mas o tempo de deslocamento sim. Com agenda turística cheia para 3 dias só usamos a piscina 1 noite e bem pouquinho, em suma se sua viagem for turística fique mais perto do centro.

Very convenient to the international airport. Our flight from Miami arrived at 2 am. After a lengthy wait at immigration we caught a taxi and arrived in less than 10 minutes. Room was exceptionally clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom with large shower and everything you need. Small mini bar items for charge. Complimentary breakfast buffet with our reservation. The check in was smooth and front desk very helpful at check out. I would like to Thank Jaqueline for her additional assistance. Very friendly and helpful. Many airline crews appear to stay here also.

Quarto grande, espaçoso, arejado, com uma linda vista para o teatro Amazonas. Ótima localização, bem central. Banheiro igualmente grande e espaçoso. Ótimo wiffii! O café da manhã é fraco, mas quebra um galho. Eles não tem café expresso no hotel.

Efetuamos a reserva da hospedagem com base nas fotografias divulgadas. Realmente parecia se tratar de um hotel 4 estrelas, como anunciado. Chegando ao hotel, notamos um odor desagradável na recepção. Para atender aos 11 andares de quartos, havia apenas um elevador operante, este pequeno e com odor extremamente desagradável. A preocupação com a pandemia de Covid-19 inexiste. Vários funcionários não usavam máscara, bem como muitos dispenseres de álcool gel encontravam-se vazios. O primeiro quarto que nos foi disponibilizado apresentava aspecto decadente. Colchão desconfortável, roupas de cama rasgadas, limpeza deficitária (incluindo um carrapato no lençol), além do ruído ser bastante desconfortável. Feita a reclamação nos reacomodaram em um segundo quarto. Este era ainda pior. Encontramos aranhas, formigas, uma latinha de cerveja no banheiro e o colchão era extremamente desconfortável. Feita uma nova reclamação, fomos reacomodados para um terceiro quarto, este era um pouco melhor e foi possível prosseguir a estadia. No último dia da viagem, a fechadura eletrônica apresentou problemas e a equipe do hotel levou cerca de uma hora para realizar o reparo. Vale ainda destacar a baixa qualidade do café da manhã. Pelas fotos no site de reserva parecia ser uma refeição completa, no entanto, haviam apenas algumas opções de pratos quentes, um ou dois tipos de bolo, café, suco e apenas um tipo de pão. Tudo limitado, se acabasse, acabou… Para finalizar, destacamos ainda a falta de cortesia do staff durante as solicitações e atendimentos.

After the drought in the Amazon cut our 9 day camping tour short, we found Mural Living as a last minute accommodation for a shower, wi-fi, and air conditioning. Over the next few days, it became our home as we scrambled to find another tour operator. The hotel is centrally located, clean, and feels like home. We loved the hot showers, the quick service requests, all the kindness shown when communicating with me in my awful Portuguese, and the general low key vibe of the place. We ended up staying 3 nights, each morning coming down and asking to stay another night but keeping the same room. They so kindly obliged. I'm a huge fan of this hotel and whole-heartedly recommend it for others. It'll feel like a home away from home.

Taxi ride from the airport was $25 Brazilian dollars, only about a 7 minute drive. Room was clean and comfortable and as a single woman I felt safe. Taxi to downtown Manaus about $65 Brazil dollars. I am sure Uber would be much cheaper. Breakfast was a tasty buffet, would stay there again in same circumstance.reasonably priced.
