Das Hotel bietet angemessen Zimmer, aber nichts Besonderes. Eine Art von Bar-Mindest für ein 3-star Hotel. Jedoch, NOT EIN am Frontdesk oder in der Bar oder im Restaurant sprach Englisch. Das ist normalerweise kein Problem, aber wenn wir am nächsten Morgen herausgecheckt haben, hatten sie eine Restaurantgebühr, die nicht unsere war, und wir hatten eine arme Zeit, um unsere Rechnung zu schließen. Essen im Restaurant, aber zahlen Bar, also die Gebühr nicht unsere. Sie hatten auch einen falschen Namen im Zimmer. Sie wissen nicht, wie es alles so schlecht geschrotet hat, aber es war fast unmöglich, es ohne Portugiesisch zu arbeiten. Unser anderer Beschwerde war, dass wir auf einen Hundhahn hörten ALL Nacht. Es gab Häuser neben der Tür zum Hotel, und obwohl wir im vierten Stock waren, war der Hund nicht ausgeschlossen.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und befindet sich im Zentrum von Manaus. Ich habe eine gute Struktur und einen guten Frühstück. Ich blieb 02 Tage bei der Unterkunft, aber ich habe nur 01 für Trip gebucht. Der Negativpunkt ist der erste Tag, wo es zwei Energiestürze während des Morgens, das Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Manaus Wärme ist schrecklich und die Energie kam erst nach 2 Stunden zurück. Für die Struktur des Hotels sollten sie einen guten Generator haben.

Very convenient to the international airport. Our flight from Miami arrived at 2 am. After a lengthy wait at immigration we caught a taxi and arrived in less than 10 minutes. Room was exceptionally clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom with large shower and everything you need. Small mini bar items for charge. Complimentary breakfast buffet with our reservation. The check in was smooth and front desk very helpful at check out. I would like to Thank Jaqueline for her additional assistance. Very friendly and helpful. Many airline crews appear to stay here also.

Efetuamos a reserva da hospedagem com base nas fotografias divulgadas. Realmente parecia se tratar de um hotel 4 estrelas, como anunciado. Chegando ao hotel, notamos um odor desagradável na recepção. Para atender aos 11 andares de quartos, havia apenas um elevador operante, este pequeno e com odor extremamente desagradável. A preocupação com a pandemia de Covid-19 inexiste. Vários funcionários não usavam máscara, bem como muitos dispenseres de álcool gel encontravam-se vazios. O primeiro quarto que nos foi disponibilizado apresentava aspecto decadente. Colchão desconfortável, roupas de cama rasgadas, limpeza deficitária (incluindo um carrapato no lençol), além do ruído ser bastante desconfortável. Feita a reclamação nos reacomodaram em um segundo quarto. Este era ainda pior. Encontramos aranhas, formigas, uma latinha de cerveja no banheiro e o colchão era extremamente desconfortável. Feita uma nova reclamação, fomos reacomodados para um terceiro quarto, este era um pouco melhor e foi possível prosseguir a estadia. No último dia da viagem, a fechadura eletrônica apresentou problemas e a equipe do hotel levou cerca de uma hora para realizar o reparo. Vale ainda destacar a baixa qualidade do café da manhã. Pelas fotos no site de reserva parecia ser uma refeição completa, no entanto, haviam apenas algumas opções de pratos quentes, um ou dois tipos de bolo, café, suco e apenas um tipo de pão. Tudo limitado, se acabasse, acabou… Para finalizar, destacamos ainda a falta de cortesia do staff durante as solicitações e atendimentos.

After the drought in the Amazon cut our 9 day camping tour short, we found Mural Living as a last minute accommodation for a shower, wi-fi, and air conditioning. Over the next few days, it became our home as we scrambled to find another tour operator. The hotel is centrally located, clean, and feels like home. We loved the hot showers, the quick service requests, all the kindness shown when communicating with me in my awful Portuguese, and the general low key vibe of the place. We ended up staying 3 nights, each morning coming down and asking to stay another night but keeping the same room. They so kindly obliged. I'm a huge fan of this hotel and whole-heartedly recommend it for others. It'll feel like a home away from home.

Tuve una de las mejores estadías que alguien puede desear, desde el primer día hasta el dia de salida, un hotel moderno, limpio y cómodo, las habitaciones bastante relajantes y el personal de 10, quiero hacer especial mención a la atención de Roberto, estuvo atento en todo momento y me ayudo muchas veces ya que no me defiendo tan bien en portugués, muchas gracias por todo, definitivamente repetiré!

Taxi ride from the airport was $25 Brazilian dollars, only about a 7 minute drive. Room was clean and comfortable and as a single woman I felt safe. Taxi to downtown Manaus about $65 Brazil dollars. I am sure Uber would be much cheaper. Breakfast was a tasty buffet, would stay there again in same circumstance.reasonably priced.
