This neighborhood is bike-friendly and close to Robinson Preserve, grocery, and shopping. *We are located in a residential neighborhood so please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. We want to continue to share our property so this is very important. **Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees in the colder months; however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, it can affect pool temp.
